Zoho people is best HRM software that i have ever used. There are alots things that i would love to tell you about are the followings.

1- It helps to recognise the performance of the well deserved employees.

2- Its makes the attendance very easier.

3- You can regularise your attendance from your pc or even your mobile application.

4- The Best KPI tool for HRM.

5- Leaves and Holidays Management.

6- Bonus and performances appraisal disbursements.

There is nothing that i would say about that I don't like anything in Zoho people. This software has everything that any HRM software requires to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am using Zoho people at our organization for managing our employment portal and easily managing attendence regularization with all holiday and hr manual records Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So one thing about Zoho people is that check in and checkout is sometimes hectic, it won't pick location untill which it won't check me in and sometimes when the internet is slow I just get logged out Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Zoho People offers you a flexible workspace. You can customize the product as you like, create the fields you need, and choose who can view them. You can also add roles as you wish and define the scope of their actions. As an Information System, I don’t think there’s any area you’d want to implement but couldn’t. The product is continuously evolving. Recently, they updated the leave report just as we wanted, allowing everyone in the company to use it seamlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Although they’ve updated the platform, I still find it confusing, which is why I rated it lower. It’s not easy to use. It takes a considerable amount of time to understand and set up the product (roles and permissions). Additionally, in the latest version, using it as an admin has become a bit more challenging. Zoho one is very customizable. I liked being able to change forms or the layout and how I viewed certain modules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So many modules have similar capabilities but you have to go to a completely separate module to find the one that was necessary for that project. I can easily trach my and my subordinates attendance along with their leaves , also can download them in excel ti share it with team.

Also i can track my progress for yearly assigned task and performance

Everything related to HRMS is in-built into this plaform, starting from attendance, leave tracker, learning courses, setting KRI/KPI goals, paycheck slips, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It can sometimes become difficult to identify which sub-category falls under a specific category. For example, if I want to access my payslips, then locating it might be unclear because it is not immediately obvious which category they belong to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Zoho projects is not as moden as it shoud be and has some missing features copared to like Monday.com or something. CRM was harder to setup. Zoho People has shown to be a distinct advantage for HR Fraternity. As somebody profoundly engaged with HR, I can unhesitatingly say that this platform tends to cover all key aspects of HR management.

The best thing I like about Zoho is that I can access it on the go from anywhere I want. it also gives me admittance to contacts of individuals working in my association with a solitary snap search. It likewise has two-step auth. that keep my record secure.
