What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

The customization is very good and we can also create an open task for our reminders.

We can easily integrate with third-party applications.

We can easily interlink the Zoho with Seamless.Ai and ZoomInfo.

I am using daily CRM to update my leads.

I am integrating the leads from SalesNavigator to Zoho by exporting.

The implementation and integration with other sources are smooth and I did not find any technical issues.

The customer support is very responsive.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

To connect with customer support team is heatic option.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

It is very easy to use. It just took 2 days to totally get started with the CRM. They are available on email as well as on call for instant support (obsly in the working hrs ;). Our team was using the CRM everyday for managing our customized leads and our marketing campaigns. It is good CRM software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

The integration with WhatsApp and any other software was through third party, no inbuild integration that is a bit disturbing and time consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

Zoho CRM Pricing is very low when compared to other CRM tools. The best feature of Zoho CRM is its low cost with more features. Also, Zoho CRM is very user-friendly when compared to other CRMs. All the features are up-to-date and every feature is unique in its way. Zoho CRM can be integrated with other tools like marketing automation tools, or sales automation tools, which is useful for maintaining all the records in the tool. Zoho CRM has all the features that a competitive CRM should have. Zoho CRM has excellent customer support features that help to get in reach with customers or prospects very easily. I use Zoho CRM regularly for lead generation and I have integrated this CRM with another software tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

Requires integration feature to be added with other AI marketing tools available. Zoho CRM should also provide integration with some popular marketing automation tools and sales automation tools so that users can track all activities in Zoho CRM itself. Lead Management. Data can be stored and accessed in Zoho CRM more efficiently and easily. A very good tool or application for lead management, data management, and all other customer support activities. The data is secured in Zoho CRM. We can easily import or export data in Zoho CRM based on the criteria that we require. Leads, contacts, and accounts settings are also good and can be modified as per our requirements.
