What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

The interface of Zoho CRM is super easy to use. I can easily customize the dashboard with most accessed features. I use Zoho CRM to manage my leads, and contacts and track sales. I implemented the solution company-wide is less than 15 days as their support team and resources are quick to respond to any queries. We have integrated the CRM with Slack and Google cloud for easy collaboration and reporting. Zoho CRM offers excellent contact management that helps us to regularly followup with potential customers and nurture leads. Our team use Zoho CRM on daily basis and we are very pleased with the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

One of the downsides of Zoho is very high pricing for the Enterprise version. Additionally most of the must-have features are available in enterprise edition only. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoho CRM is helping small compnaies to scale and it is headed in the right direction.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

I've been using Zoho for over 10 years I think it's one of the best easiest to use easiest to integrate into our workflow and really just has evolved with the times to become much more dynamic Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

I think the only thing I dislike about it is you have to have zoho campaign separate from Zoho CRM Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

I most like about the Zoho CRM is the creation of reports as I need. I will make report to track the leads, accounts etc. All sections are interliked. i got all data at at one place. I'm able to use the filters to get the data as I want and make my work easy like no. of call need to do. The conveted leads, revenue got and performance. The customer support is very polite. What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

The least helpful of zoho CRM is complexity to the need user. I feel there are lack the the email campaigns. The least helpful feature is the mobile app as it has limited features compare the web. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zoho One?

Zoho One offers a comprehensive suite of tools that integrate well with each other, which is great for streamlining multiple business functions in one place. What do you dislike about Zoho One?

The lead management process is frustrating for B2B companies. Zoho’s requirement to map a “Last Name” for all leads, even when only working with companies, leads to inefficient workarounds. As a B2B business, I source company details, not individual contacts, and Zoho's CRM doesn't provide a proper solution for mapping company information efficiently. The support process was also slow, and the workaround offered added more manual work, which defeats the purpose of using a CRM to streamline operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoho One solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoho One helps centralise multiple business processes, offering an all-in-one solution for managing operations, marketing, sales, and accounting. Its integration with other tools in the suite, such as Zoho Books, helps streamline invoicing and accounting, which saves time and improves operational efficiency. What do you like best about Zoho One?

The flexibility of Zoho's suite is fantastic, the price-point makes the Zoho One suite a no-brainer when compared with competitor tools. I love the Zoho Deluge programming language which essentially means if a function is not available in the GUI, it can be built using custom functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho One?

Zoho's support can be a little hit and miss. We are very fortunate to work closely with a Zoho partner, Ardento who have in-house Zoho specialists. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

The best thing i like about zoho is the analytics report and various dashboards stats one can create and see how their performance is for a particular time duration. Also it helps to self introspect and keep check on the peers and their peformance. The task pop up is a great feature that helps reminding me of the tasks as i get little time to check emails so it reminds me spot on while im using the crm. Also various integrations with google calendar, meet and justcall are a big plus as they make work a lot more easier. I have been using zoho for quite a while now like 5 days a week and its easy to work with and has a robust support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

The only thing i dislike about zoho is that when you open up a lead too much information distracts you and the empty irrelevant fields are also shown. if i give a good comparison salesforce shows only the relevant fields while going through a particular lead. zoho solves the problem of forgetting some follow ups and reminders as the task helps remind both over email and on the pop up. Also the integrations make it easier to do things simultaneously which is a big help for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
