The interface of Zoho CRM is super easy to use. I can easily customize the dashboard with most accessed features. I use Zoho CRM to manage my leads, and contacts and track sales. I implemented the solution company-wide is less than 15 days as their support team and resources are quick to respond to any queries. We have integrated the CRM with Slack and Google cloud for easy collaboration and reporting. Zoho CRM offers excellent contact management that helps us to regularly followup with potential customers and nurture leads. One of the downsides of Zoho is very high pricing for the Enterprise version. Additionally most of the must-have features are available in enterprise edition only. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I most like about the Zoho CRM is the creation of reports as I need. I will make report to track the leads, accounts etc. All sections are interliked. i got all data at at one place. The lead management process is frustrating for B2B companies. Zoho’s requirement to map a “Last Name” for all leads, even when only working with companies, leads to inefficient workarounds. As a B2B business, I source company details, not individual contacts, and Zoho's CRM doesn't provide a proper solution for mapping company information efficiently. Zoho One is an excellent all-in-one business suite that provides incredible value for money. What I like best about Zoho One is its seamless integration across multiple business applications, including CRM, finance, HR, marketing, and project management. The flexibility of Zoho's suite is fantastic, the price-point makes the Zoho One suite a no-brainer when compared with competitor tools. The best thing i like about zoho is the analytics report and various dashboards stats one can create and see how their performance is for a particular time duration. Also it helps to self introspect and keep check on the peers and their peformance. The task pop up is a great feature that helps reminding me of the tasks as i get little time to check emails so it reminds me spot on while im using the crm. Also various integrations with google calendar, meet and justcall are a big plus as they make work a lot more easier. The only thing i dislike about zoho is that when you open up a lead too much information distracts you and the empty irrelevant fields are also shown. if i give a good comparison salesforce shows only the relevant fields while going through a particular lead.
