What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

I don't have any major gripes about zoho, but sometimes the 'Deals' page can be a little harder to navigate. Would be easier if it automatically re-organized when you updated the contact or account profile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

Zoho CRM is one of the best Indian CRM systems, with all the comprehensive features and ease of use. It's easy to create leads in the system, one can monitor all kind of details and track them. Zoho CRM also offers analytics to show a graphical presentation of the details captured at the deal level or lead level. One can study the performance from the technical charts and make necessary decisions.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoho CRM is a tool to monitor all your Sales team and inside sales team performance at one place. For any organisation its essential to store all kind of leads at one place, bifercate these leads into different categories like lead lost, future reach out, not product fit or many more. Zoho CRM not only helps in doing it but also help in running email campaign for right fit leads to nurture to boost sales.

We are here also able to track all sales numbers, month on month basis or quarter on quarter basis and understand which source of leads is giving more business like is it networking, is it referral or is it inbound. A plataforma é bem intuitiva e fácil de usar e fácil de implementar. Gostei muito pois divide por etapas o funil de vendas e dá pra mover o lead na etapa que se encontra sem complicação. Tem tambem como cadastrar sua carteira de clientes e presumir um faturamento conforme venda ou produto vendido. What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

Zoho is one of the nicest, most designed, and frictionless CRMs I have ever used. Its user interface is catchy and attractive, and its intuitive UI arrangement makes it well-suited for everyone's use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The registration process was time-consuming. It took me hours to signup, for some reason I was not receiving a time password, even though everything on my side was in order. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We map our customers' requests to the corresponding vendors. This requires a lot of back-and-forth communication between customers and vendors. Keeping tabs on every communication can become messy and can go out of sync pretty much at any time. Zoho CRM helps us maintain the sync. The Kanban board is our go-to solution. A simple and intuitive user interface helps us team members maintain the pace. A 15-minute walkthrough of the process and newly assigned members were as good as old ones. What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

I've evaluated multiple CRM solutions for our small med-tech subsidiary and selected Zoho based on it's modularity and customization features. From all available versions, we are now using the CRMPlus package. The CRM is either cloud based as a desktop solution or accessible via the app. The customer support is timely and helpful. It is pertinent to have a very clear view of the process you want the CRM to handle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

There are so many features and programming options, that the implementation proved to be a challenge. Without the assistance of a partner company, I would not have been able to get the system up and running as intended. Those additional costs can be excessive, in our case well beyond the planned US$20k and we still have issues. Most notable the integration of a marketplace add-on from Microsoft to synch MS Exchange e-mails into the CRM, a most basic requirement which seems to be technically challenging on the back-end of the application as tech support at ZoHo continues to work on the issue. We distribute equipment and materials used with the equipment. A lead usually requires a quotation, eventually asks for a in-person and on-site demonstration and then makes the purchase. We defined the sales process and asked for a script to depict the path. We required a customized quoting template with fields for state and local taxes and rebates or discounts as a percentage which proved a time consuming task. The "out of the box" features of ZoHo are the hook to get you to use the system. I am sure it can deliver, the question is just how difficult it is to get it customized to your business. As an example, using multiple currencies require programming and scripts i was unable to handle myself. Although we have a better handle to collect our customers data, to get the CRM to a point where it really provides insights (sales funnel, ai enriched data for sales ect) we are still far off. With more and more add-on modules, the suite is getting very complex and is more of an enterprise, rather than small business solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zoho One?

I like that Zoho One provides a myriad of software tools that replaces many of the tools I was paying for. And the Zoho One subscription is significantly less than the sum of the others. It's My CRM (replacing HubSpot); form/survey gen (replacing JotForm); campaign manager (replacing MailChimp); mailbox (replacing Outlook), an invoicing system (replacing Freshbooks), an electronic signature system (which I didn't have before) and recently found its social media hub (replacing Promo Republic). Seems like when I have a need, I simply check to see if Zoho One has it covered and more often than not, the answer is YES!! Plus the tools are integrated with each other so no need for Zapier. What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

The interface of Zoho CRM is super easy to use. I can easily customize the dashboard with most accessed features. I use Zoho CRM to manage my leads, and contacts and track sales. I implemented the solution company-wide is less than 15 days as their support team and resources are quick to respond to any queries. We have integrated the CRM with Slack and Google cloud for easy collaboration and reporting. Zoho CRM offers excellent contact management that helps us to regularly followup with potential customers and nurture leads. What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?
