I recommend Zoho very often. A lot of companies go big earlier than they really need to and spend way too much on SalesForce & Marketo. I worked for a very small company with some limited budget that pivoted to sell it's product to the Enterprise. Zoho was incredibly easy to set up, intuitive to use, and contains all the most important features that most users need and seek in SalesForce. We integrated with MailChimp & Unbounce and were able to be incredible effective acquiring leads, nurturing them, and tracking pipeline in Zoho. Our small sales team found it very easy to use and loved it.

There's a point when you need a more robust integration eco-system and a lot of customization. This isn't really a con per se, but Zoho, by being not as complex and customizable as SFDC, will eventually need to be replaced. This should last you many years before you outgrow the functionality.
- The UI is not great. There is too much wasted space on the screen at all times, no matter what page you are viewing.

Zoho is the solution for my daily work. Each tab and term is so easy to understand, and integration with our Outlook was so easy. The implementation was seamless and Zoho occupied with features fit for my daily work. i use Zoho on a daily basis for my leads and Deals creation. Zoho CRM is one of the best Indian CRM systems, with all the comprehensive features and ease of use. It's easy to create leads in the system, one can monitor all kind of details and track them. I know it's for security reasons, but when entering most of the time you need to confirm the code sent by email or the registered phone. Regarding the design, there could be more options to change the colors, as there is only the green option of the platform. I've evaluated multiple CRM solutions for our small med-tech subsidiary and selected Zoho based on it's modularity and customization features. From all available versions, we are now using the CRMPlus package. The CRM is either cloud based as a desktop solution or accessible via the app. The customer support is timely and helpful. There are so many features and programming options, that the implementation proved to be a challenge. Without the assistance of a partner company, I would not have been able to get the system up and running as intended. Those additional costs can be excessive, in our case well beyond the planned US$20k and we still have issues. Most notable the integration of a marketplace add-on from Microsoft to synch MS Exchange e-mails into the CRM, a most basic requirement which seems to be technically challenging on the back-end of the application as tech support at ZoHo continues to work on the issue. I like that Zoho One provides a myriad of software tools that replaces many of the tools I was paying for. And the Zoho One subscription is significantly less than the sum of the others. It's My CRM (replacing HubSpot); form/survey gen (replacing JotForm); campaign manager (replacing MailChimp); mailbox (replacing Outlook), an invoicing system (replacing Freshbooks), an electronic signature system (which I didn't have before) and recently found its social media hub (replacing Promo Republic). Seems like when I have a need, I simply check to see if Zoho One has it covered and more often than not, the answer is YES!! Plus the tools are integrated with each other so no need for Zapier.
