It's a sass Cloud solution with local pollers, so there's no single point of failure.

Is has meraki api for network device monitoring in addition to snmp.

It has a quite good root cause analysis feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Site24x7 StatusIQ?

Management can be complex.

The menus are quite difficult to remember and find your way to where you want to go in them.

It has quite a lot of false positives and take a long time to fine tune. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
