Zoho BugTracker is great. My company uses Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Projects and integrating Zoho Bugtracker between Zoho Desk and Zoho Projects and using Zoho Cliq to automatically report on status changes has streamlined our product support & maintenance life-cycle. Client tickets within Zoho Desk can immediately be filed as bugs and fed through to Zoho Projects for evaluation, planning and resolution. And with BugTracker, each update to the bug is automatically visible throughout. Zoho BugTracker has become an essential daily tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's not really much negative I can say regarding Zoho BugTracker. As far as bugtracking software goes, Zoho BugTracker isn't lacking in features, nor reliability.
It would be great if the mobile version of Zoho Desk had the ability to file bugs through BugTracker directly to Zoho Projects though. Also, Zoho Desk Ticket attachments are not automatically attached to Zoho Project Issues created with BugTracker. This would be a great future addition. And lastly, the ability to file a bug directly from a Support Consultant's response and not only from a Client Message would be very useful. This is another requested feature and the great support department at Zoho actually do pay attention to client suggestions and feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The notifications system is great. With my last bugtracker, Trac, it was difficult to know exactly what bugs needed my attention. Zoho is very robust in its notification system. It can email you with replies to tickets, you can use the website, and/or you can use the smartphone app to see what tickets need your attention. It's a very robust system. Nothing yet. I suppose the learning curve takes a little while to accomplish. The UI of the tracker is pretty intuitive, so you can pretty much guess how things works and chances are you'll be right. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Zoho bug tracker consists of several premium features and they give these services for free. Examples of email notifications, creating a project for the workplace.
Bug documentation is very much simple in the Zoho Bug Tracker.
It provides the simple User Interface which is very nice looking

Restricted to add only 5 team members including the administrator of the product.
After deactivating the user, the administrator cannot add the user back to the project.
