I have been searching for a long time for a cloud software that integrated project management, issues/bugs tracking, custommer help desk (through email and portal) and timesheets management. And was hoping to find that at a reasonable price. I found that at Zogho Bugtracker
Another benefit is integration with other Zoho software which we depend on such as Zoho People (Zoho HR software) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would have been great if we would enter administrative time (non-project time) into timesheets and also have timesheets display vacations and holidays extracted from Zoho People (our HR software) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Zoho has a unique ability to look at problems and create solutions for companies from a workflow point of view. They don't develop products which are half thought and/or applicable to one industry. They TRULLY create SOLUTIONS. The zoho bugtracker is a perfect example of such a solution.
This solution allows you create a webform which is connected to the client side to help collect issues. Then in the dashboard assign users, projects and tasks. Track the progress and let the client track it all along the way. And this is probably only 18% of its full capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I would like to see is the webform pick up the URL automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

2. Customizable I can change severity result status etc *I like it

We use Zoho bugtracker internally in our development projects. It is super easy to use, insightful report.a You can easily follow progress and make sure the dev team are working on the fixes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Zoho BugTracker is great. My company uses Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Projects and integrating Zoho Bugtracker between Zoho Desk and Zoho Projects and using Zoho Cliq to automatically report on status changes has streamlined our product support & maintenance life-cycle. Client tickets within Zoho Desk can immediately be filed as bugs and fed through to Zoho Projects for evaluation, planning and resolution. And with BugTracker, each update to the bug is automatically visible throughout. Zoho BugTracker has become an essential daily tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's not really much negative I can say regarding Zoho BugTracker. As far as bugtracking software goes, Zoho BugTracker isn't lacking in features, nor reliability.
It would be great if the mobile version of Zoho Desk had the ability to file bugs through BugTracker directly to Zoho Projects though. Also, Zoho Desk Ticket attachments are not automatically attached to Zoho Project Issues created with BugTracker. This would be a great future addition. And lastly, the ability to file a bug directly from a Support Consultant's response and not only from a Client Message would be very useful. This is another requested feature and the great support department at Zoho actually do pay attention to client suggestions and feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
