What do you like best about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management?

Easy to implement - we took three months to give zLinq our contracts and our service team quickly reviewed and identified areas for improvement. Our customer support has been fantastic -- getting answers quickly. It's impossible to NOT hit your ROI in working with zLinq. They have existing relationships with many providers and know what can be done to lower your costs. It's been about two years since we brough zLinq in and they continue to assist with routine tasks and negotations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management?

No complaints at this time - the team has been great to work with and we've quickly acheived ROI on the project. In year two they have helped negotiate issues with major vendors resulting in significant credits to our account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

zLinq has renegotiated contracts with our telecom/network vendors, identifying areas where we can cut costs but also improve funcitonality or speed. zLinq handles communication with providers which has saved our network team A LOT of time. zLinq also handles billing issues that have resulting in us receiving significant credits to our account. What do you like best about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management?

We have been using Zlinq for a few years now and they have made getting all our telco contracts together easy. They have also been heavily helping with negociations that we have been having to get fiber at all our locations. Everyone that we deal with is extremely friendly and helpful. We have weekly meetings with them and they always go above and beyond to get us the best results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management?

I don't have any issues with them, but I know that your higher management doesn't like how they specificy "savings" as typically their deals make us spend more but have better service. But the price per service is always decreasing, so I personally like their system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

This year we upgraded all our coax lines to at least 1GB and are installing fiber at all our locations for a redundant connection. Zlinq has helped tremendously with this effort. They also have found other areas that we could reduce costs like services that we were paying for and not using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some customers may find the initial onboarding process a bit complex, particularly if they are transitioning from another provider. Clearer instructions or a more hands-on setup service could alleviate this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management?

I found that the knowledge that the team has is what I like best. zLinq is easy to work with and have already helped us save more money than we anticipated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management?

Have yet to find a downside with zLinq. Everything they have said they would deliver, they have and then some. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

Centralizing the information for all our phone and data lines is a big solve for us. zLinq has already saved us money by just reviewing a phone system migration to cloud contract, which was never part of the original ask. With all the experience that they have, we continue to look to zLinq for advice/support as we continue reply on them to help improve our communication lines. Thanks Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management?

Love that they are looking for savings that we just don't have the time to go digging into. zLinq acts as a staff augmentation for us and they are good at finding value. zLinq has multiple departments that can assist at looking into your voice billing to helping architect and RFP your next big implementation. We regularly meet to discuss getting the best options and this is done in a very customer service oriented way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management?

We already have a value add partnership, which has created some questions on who is doing what. It has also created additional concerns from our vendors. Though, is this a bad thing for our partners to know we are looking at getting the best deals out there and not going with what is determined by the vendor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is time consuming and requires specialized industry understanding to keep your assets and contracts on point for telecommunications. The industry purposely has done this so you don't know what you need and how much it really should cost. What zLinq does is act as our expert to find and negotiate the best configurations and contracts for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had a lot of different internet bills with multiple carriers and the contracts were expiring without us being notified. This caused us to be billed huge amounts for service that should be much less. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management?

Every single year of the seven I have used zLinq services, spanning my time at two different companies, they have always saved us more than what they charge us. In short they pay for themselves and then some...every. single. year.

As a financial institution we require multiple circuits with diverse carriers at all of our data centers, campuses, and branches. zLinq is with us every step of the way, from gathering quotes from multiple carriers, verifying that our diverse carriers don't cross the same physical path, price negotiations, and then escalations when the carrier inevitably has issues or falls behind schedule. zLinq is also on top of all our circuit, telephone, and mobile bills making sure that what we purchased is there and what we cancelled is removed. They even make sure we get SLA credits for outages which carriers are not known to give out easily.

Onboarding was as easy as sending all our contracts and recent bills for them to analyze and they provided back a diagram of all our circuits and locations. They also provide quarterly savings reports and their portal has made my budgeting exercises a breeze.

Our IT Admin team, which codes and processes all our telecommunications invoices, has threated to leave if we don't keep zLinq. I think that says it all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management?

Nothing! zLinq does a great job!

I will say that some carriers have shown resentment to us using partners like zLinq because they can't get away with over-billing like they had previously. We resolved this by having meetings with the carrier sales directors telling them they need to get on board or that we would begin to take our business elsewhere. This was effective and at worse we were assigned different carrier sales teams than we had previously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

zLinq is there with us for all our telecommunications management, from quote gathering, refinement, price negotiation, contract renewals, contract review, and implementation. They also ensure that our monthly bills are correct, renewals don't sneak up on us, cancelled services actually are removed from the bills, and they fight for every penny we are owed for SLA breeches. What do you like best about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management?

Every representative I've worked with at zLinq has been top-notch. They are responsive and truly an extension of your company when it comes to keeping track of your inventory and communications-related expenses. Getting set up, they do the legwork of creating the database and all you need to do is sign the paperwork to allow them to work on your account on your behalf. Then you can just send an e-mail, log in to their portal, or give them a call to check on your services or make changes. They also make suggestions on how to cut costs down and will go to bat for you to get the money back from the telecom companies. Instead of spending hours on the phone with the large bureaucracies to try and get your services cancelled when you close a location or to get money owed back to you for incorrect billing, you spend time doing what you're best at, your regular day-to-day job. zLinq handles all the heavy lifting so you don't have to. They also have capabilities where they can manage and pay your invoices, allowing you to receive a file for your accounts payable system that you just drop in to fill out your GLs. You can set up the cadence of meetings with zLinq, so at the start we met rather frequently (weekly) and later moved it down to monthly. Integration with our existing workflows was seamless. Using their services, on one invoice alone, we were able to get a refund of $17,000 back from a telco provider for overcharging us. I would highly recommend zLinq should you have a need for a communications partner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management?

It costs money up front, but you end up saving money in the long run if you have multiple accounts due to mergers and acquisitions or just tech sprawl over time (or both). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

- Telecom/data circuit expense management

- Telecom/data circuit inventory management

- Telecom/data circuit optimization Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management?

I love working hand and hand with zLinq on all of my circuit management and billing. They help me find new circuits that are within our budget, renegotiate terms on current circuits and find things in our environment that we might be paying for that we no longer use. Their platform is easy to use and provides a high level view of everything at each one of our branches to ensure that we don't have duplicates of services we might not need. They save our company lots of money! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management?

If I had to say I disliked zLinq in any way it would more than likely be that we aren't working in the same office. Our Account reps are extremely nice and helpful. I could definitely see myself working with them as colleagues the entire work week. They are always there to help! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

Finding duplicate services at each of our 92 locations and finding things we might be paying too much for. They help us negotiate better terms, find new solutions to problems, and consolidate our spending. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
