## zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management Reviews
  ### 1. zLinq Partnership Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steve M. | Chief Information Officer (CIO), Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2025

**What do you like best about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management?**

I wanted to reach out and express my appreciation of the remarkable assistance we’ve experienced with Beatrice Few. I met you both a few years ago in Colorado and an event and we even had dinner together. We have brought your company into our organization and I cannot tell you how so very pleased and excited we are to have you as a partner.

The opportunity arose whereas we could bring you in and we did, my management team loves working with Beatrice and your support team. Anyway, I know we are always quick to point out what we are not getting but slow to tell you when you are doing a fantastic job. I deal with it too. Ha!

Again, thank you Tatiana, for bringing us such a wonderful response/resolution to what we are trying to accomplish in our organization. Take care and please have yourself a wonderful day and upcoming weekend..

**What do you dislike about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management?**

We have experienced nothing that we dislike, everything has been better than advertised. We've nothing to dislike about the solution.

**What problems is zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The tracking and monitoring of the telecommunications nightmare that every business deals with. They have come in and are showing us what, how, where we are spending such that we can make sound decisions on whether or not we should be doing so.

  ### 2. Effectively outsource your telecom and network cost management - and save money!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steve H. | VP, Information Technology, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2024

**What do you like best about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management?**

Easy to implement - we took three months to give zLinq our contracts and our service team quickly reviewed and identified areas for improvement. Our customer support has been fantastic -- getting answers quickly. It's impossible to NOT hit your ROI in working with zLinq. They have existing relationships with many providers and know what can be done to lower your costs. It's been about two years since we brough zLinq in and they continue to assist with routine tasks and negotations.

**What do you dislike about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management?**

No complaints at this time - the team has been great to work with and we've quickly acheived ROI on the project. In year two they have helped negotiate issues with major vendors resulting in significant credits to our account.

**What problems is zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

zLinq has renegotiated contracts with our telecom/network vendors, identifying areas where we can cut costs but also improve funcitonality or speed. zLinq handles communication with providers which has saved our network team A LOT of time. zLinq also handles billing issues that have resulting in us receiving significant credits to our account.

  ### 3. Excellent Organization and Negociations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley C. | Director of IT, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2024

**What do you like best about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management?**

We have been using Zlinq for a few years now and they have made getting all our telco contracts together easy. They have also been heavily helping with negociations that we have been having to get fiber at all our locations. Everyone that we deal with is extremely friendly and helpful. We have weekly meetings with them and they always go above and beyond to get us the best results.

**What do you dislike about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management?**

I don't have any issues with them, but I know that your higher management doesn't like how they specificy "savings" as typically their deals make us spend more but have better service. But the price per service is always decreasing, so I personally like their system.

**What problems is zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This year we upgraded all our coax lines to at least 1GB and are installing fiber at all our locations for a redundant connection. Zlinq has helped tremendously with this effort. They also have found other areas that we could reduce costs like services that we were paying for and not using.

  ### 4. Highly professional & Responsive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul S. | Director, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2024

**What do you like best about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management?**

The team at Zlinq is highly professional and responsive, making customer support one of their standout features. Whether it’s resolving technical issues or assisting with onboarding, their representatives are quick to provide effective solutions. Additionally, Zlinq’s pricing is competitive, making it an excellent choice for companies looking for cost-efficient communication solutions without sacrificing quality.

**What do you dislike about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management?**

Some customers may find the initial onboarding process a bit complex, particularly if they are transitioning from another provider. Clearer instructions or a more hands-on setup service could alleviate this.

**What problems is zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reduce overall spend with ISPs.

  ### 5. Great partner!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neal R. | Vice President of Information Systems & Teachnology, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2024

**What do you like best about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management?**

I found that the knowledge that the team has is what I like best. zLinq is easy to work with and have already helped us save more money than we anticipated.

**What do you dislike about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management?**

Have yet to find a downside with zLinq. Everything they have said they would deliver, they have and then some.

**What problems is zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralizing the information for all our phone and data lines is a big solve for us. zLinq has already saved us money by just reviewing a phone system migration to cloud contract, which was never part of the original ask. With all the experience that they have, we continue to look to zLinq for advice/support as we continue reply on them to help improve our communication lines. Thanks

  ### 6. Value Add Partnership

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2024

**What do you like best about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management?**

Love that they are looking for savings that we just don't have the time to go digging into. zLinq acts as a staff augmentation for us and they are good at finding value. zLinq has multiple departments that can assist at looking into your voice billing to helping architect and RFP your next big implementation. We regularly meet to discuss getting the best options and this is done in a very customer service oriented way.

**What do you dislike about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management?**

We already have a value add partnership, which has created some questions on who is doing what. It has also created additional concerns from our vendors. Though, is this a bad thing for our partners to know we are looking at getting the best deals out there and not going with what is determined by the vendor.

**What problems is zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is time consuming and requires specialized industry understanding to keep your assets and contracts on point for telecommunications. The industry purposely has done this so you don't know what you need and how much it really should cost. What zLinq does is act as our expert to find and negotiate the best configurations and contracts for us.

  ### 7. Nice to have a helping hand

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jack W. | System Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2024

**What do you like best about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management?**

zLinq has helped us get our internet connections in order. We're working to clean up some bad billing and assure our contracts have the best prices.

**What do you dislike about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management?**

I haven't had much to dislike about zLinq at this time.

**What problems is zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a lot of different internet bills with multiple carriers and the contracts were expiring without us being notified. This caused us to be billed huge amounts for service that should be much less.

  ### 8. Excellent Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2024

**What do you like best about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management?**

Our representative Kathy is proactive in ensuring that our billing is correct and that our telecom vendors follow through with their obligations.

**What do you dislike about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management?**

There is nothing that I would change about zLinq.

**What problems is zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

zLinq is managing our telecom vendor's installation of upgraded circuits for our systems. In addtion, zLinq is monitoring the billing to ensure accuracy.

  ### 9. Pays for themselves every single year

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maia D. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2024

**What do you like best about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management?**

Every single year of the seven I have used zLinq services, spanning my time at two different companies, they have always saved us more than what they charge us. In short they pay for themselves and then some...every. single. year.

As a financial institution we require multiple circuits with diverse carriers at all of our data centers, campuses, and branches. zLinq is with us every step of the way, from gathering quotes from multiple carriers, verifying that our diverse carriers don't cross the same physical path, price negotiations, and then escalations when the carrier inevitably has issues or falls behind schedule. zLinq is also on top of all our circuit, telephone, and mobile bills making sure that what we purchased is there and what we cancelled is removed. They even make sure we get SLA credits for outages which carriers are not known to give out easily.

Onboarding was as easy as sending all our contracts and recent bills for them to analyze and they provided back a diagram of all our circuits and locations. They also provide quarterly savings reports and their portal has made my budgeting exercises a breeze.

Our IT Admin team, which codes and processes all our telecommunications invoices, has threated to leave if we don't keep zLinq. I think that says it all.

**What do you dislike about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management?**

Nothing! zLinq does a great job!

I will say that some carriers have shown resentment to us using partners like zLinq because they can't get away with over-billing like they had previously. We resolved this by having meetings with the carrier sales directors telling them they need to get on board or that we would begin to take our business elsewhere. This was effective and at worse we were assigned different carrier sales teams than we had previously.

**What problems is zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

zLinq is there with us for all our telecommunications management, from quote gathering, refinement, price negotiation, contract renewals, contract review, and implementation. They also ensure that our monthly bills are correct, renewals don't sneak up on us, cancelled services actually are removed from the bills, and they fight for every penny we are owed for SLA breeches.

  ### 10. Top-Notch Support With Cost-Saving Benefits

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan B. | Vice President, Director of Information Technology, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2024

**What do you like best about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management?**

Every representative I've worked with at zLinq has been top-notch. They are responsive and truly an extension of your company when it comes to keeping track of your inventory and communications-related expenses. Getting set up, they do the legwork of creating the database and all you need to do is sign the paperwork to allow them to work on your account on your behalf. Then you can just send an e-mail, log in to their portal, or give them a call to check on your services or make changes. They also make suggestions on how to cut costs down and will go to bat for you to get the money back from the telecom companies. Instead of spending hours on the phone with the large bureaucracies to try and get your services cancelled when you close a location or to get money owed back to you for incorrect billing, you spend time doing what you're best at, your regular day-to-day job. zLinq handles all the heavy lifting so you don't have to. They also have capabilities where they can manage and pay your invoices, allowing you to receive a file for your accounts payable system that you just drop in to fill out your GLs. You can set up the cadence of meetings with zLinq, so at the start we met rather frequently (weekly) and later moved it down to monthly. Integration with our existing workflows was seamless. Using their services, on one invoice alone, we were able to get a refund of $17,000 back from a telco provider for overcharging us. I would highly recommend zLinq should you have a need for a communications partner.

**What do you dislike about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management?**

It costs money up front, but you end up saving money in the long run if you have multiple accounts due to mergers and acquisitions or just tech sprawl over time (or both).

**What problems is zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Telecom/data circuit expense management
- Telecom/data circuit inventory management
- Telecom/data circuit optimization

  ### 11. Circuit order/organizational management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer R. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2024

**What do you like best about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management?**

I love working hand and hand with zLinq on all of my circuit management and billing. They help me find new circuits that are within our budget, renegotiate terms on current circuits and find things in our environment that we might be paying for that we no longer use. Their platform is easy to use and provides a high level view of everything at each one of our branches to ensure that we don't have duplicates of services we might not need. They save our company lots of money!

**What do you dislike about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management?**

If I had to say I disliked zLinq in any way it would more than likely be that we aren't working in the same office. Our Account reps are extremely nice and helpful. I could definitely see myself working with them as colleagues the entire work week. They are always there to help!

**What problems is zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding duplicate services at each of our 92 locations and finding things we might be paying too much for. They help us negotiate better terms, find new solutions to problems, and consolidate our spending.

**Official Response from Stewart Maurer:**

> Hi Jennifer, thank you for the review! Getting to work with you has been so rewarding!

  ### 12. just lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. communication is great

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2024

**What do you like best about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management?**

I think I like that it's more of a relationship/partnership more than just a 3rd party vendor. It feels like a true VAR. We have taken care of a lot of stuff that was lingering for a very long time. Constant follow ups, weekley meetings, and constant communication really helps keep these types of things on track.

**What do you dislike about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management?**

I just think there web portal could be a little more user friendly. the fact that I haven't been in there for a very long time, kind of speaks to it. It'd be nice to be able to utilize it more.

**What problems is zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping the relationship between us and the provider (telecom companies). I don't have time to continually try and figure out services and bills and reach out for credits and cancellations. Again, huge weight lifted off my shoulders that costs the company time and money.

  ### 13. Happy to have zLinq on board as trusted members of our team.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anthony J. | Senior Manager of End User Experience, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2024

**What do you like best about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management?**

I like that our account manager is proactive in recommending savings actions.

**What do you dislike about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management?**

It could be slightly easier to use the dashboard.

**What problems is zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consolidation, savings, and vendor management.

  ### 14. zLinq makes my life much easier.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** George O. | IT Infrastructure Manager , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2024

**What do you like best about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management?**

Having zLinq manage the relationships with vendors has been amazing and taken a lot of work and pressure off of me and others in our organization.

**What do you dislike about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management?**

I haven't found anything I dislike, everything has been positive.

**What problems is zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

zLinq manages our telecom relationships and aids in project management from vendor selection to project completion and beyond.

  ### 15. A Friend in the Fight To Manage the Chaos of Telecom

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Practice | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2024

**What do you like best about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management?**

One of the most helpful parts of working with zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management is their advocacy on your behalf. As most IT leaders having to navigate the overwhelming carrier and product landscape of telecom services will tell you, half the battle is just knowing the right questions to ask and holding carriers accountable to the customer. zLinq's team of client services managers works closely with all carriers to ensure customers like me don't have to constantly monitor to requests are processed. It's basically a peace of mind partner that allows IT leaders to sleep better at night knowing they're not alone.

**What do you dislike about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management?**

If I had to share something I dislike about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management is they tend to turn quarterly business reviews into a sales pitch for their services. I understand why they do it, in a sense, as they show the ongoing savings to customers during business reviews, they remind customers what their deliverables are. For me, i'm already a customer and a satisfied one. So, I'd prefer to just look at the analytics of how successful a relationship it has been so far without recap of what they do.

**What problems is zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The initial problem zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management was solving for us was capturing a complete picture of all our carrier services inventory. This has greatly benefitted us as we review contracts nearing term we can easily access a detailed listing of products we currently use.

  ### 16. managing a geographically diverse network

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin Y. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2024

**What do you like best about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management?**

with our diverse network, the Lifecycle Management gives me on solid place to look for anything related to one of my sites. it gives a quick overvier of circuit IDs, and also allows me to look at my total spend per site. this gives me an opportunity to look at high spend sites to see if there are options for reducing costs.

**What do you dislike about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management?**

this version is much improved over the version i used in 2019. not much to complain about!

**What problems is zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

tracking diverse circuits across 9 states.

i dont have to look through spreadsheets. all my critical info is in one place

**Official Response from Stewart Maurer:**

> Hi Kevin, thank you for your kind review! We love getting to work with you!

  ### 17. Decluttering service provider sprawl

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2024

**What do you like best about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management?**

zLinq has proven to be an invaluable asset to our organization, displaying exceptional customer service through engagement and responsiveness to our needs. Their dedication has resulted in significant cost savings and enhancements to our service management processes. By efficiently augmenting our small staff, they've enabled our internal teams to focus on broader organizational objectives while streamlining and decluttering our service provider connections across multiple locations in Colorado.

**What do you dislike about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management?**

It is difficult to find a negative in the capacity we have used zLinq. If anything, I would say that it is not a compelte while glove service allowing us to offload the full responsibility

**What problems is zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's aiding us in cutting telecom expenses while meticulously cataloging our existing services, many of which were previously poorly documented, and decommissioning those that are unused or unnecessary. Moreover, it serves as an invaluable extension of our team, crucial for navigating these challenges, especially given our team's limited size

  ### 18. Great overall experience, telecom is not a flawless business!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 29, 2024

**What do you like best about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management?**

zLinq actually listens and takes the time to learn everything about us to ensure they are providing the best and accurate information. Our communication is great and calls have moved from being almost an hour long to a good cadence that now can be as fast as 5 minutes just to ensure all is good.

**What do you dislike about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management?**

zLinq faces what most of us face, for those of us that have been dealing with telecom for years, with ATT related billing and orders or other related obstacles. So we still have some issues related to ATT but I don't blame zLinq as much for this and it is good to use them to help with some of these related battles mainly with ATT.

**What problems is zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have provided a single point of contact for all related telecom orders and management.

  ### 19. zLinq is an excellent partner for telecom

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Glenn S. | Director of IT, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 24, 2023

**What do you like best about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management?**

Their attention to detail has been paramount for our business. Our account manager is very competent and her follow through on all projects has led to substantial savings to our organization and ensuring that we are not paying for services that we dont need.

**What do you dislike about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management?**

The only issue that i have ever experienced with zLinq was quickly resolved and it was related to invoicing. Since our company has many child entities under a parent account, the need for itemized invoicing was important to allocate cost and savings and although they dont traditionally offer that, they were able to make an accommodation to fit our structure.

**What problems is zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Often during acquisitions or with how fast we move from project to project, there can be items during the cleanup phase that are left behind. This is typically due to carriers saying that they will cancel lines or stop billing for services and we assume that they will. zLinq identified accounts that were still billing and worked with the carriers to not only ensure that billing stopped, but credits were issued when necessary.

**Official Response from Stewart Maurer:**

> Hi Glenn, thank you for the wonderful review! We are so pleased to have the opportunity to be your partner!
