The setup process involved a lot of coding, and though they list they are compatible with things like Klaviyo, it took a lot of time and effort to set up - not just an easy connection. Additionally, you can't change any visual aspects of the customer-facing rewards dashboard. It doesn't look the best on our site, which we are still trying to solve. The social media sharing is not user-friendly. It's too many steps and customers are not using it. Sharing of the personalized code isn't been used as much either. It needs to be easier for customers to use with no special coding required. It's fine if code is provided for us, but having to write our own to incorporate features is ridiculous. Would like a clean-up feature, so clean up users that have not used their account in x amount of time. Social media sharing should allow us to design our own graphics that we want to be shared for our company. Email designer could be way more designer-friendly with saved reusable snippets for the logo, social media links, header, etc.. If we edit a snippet, it updates all email templates. While setup did take some time and effort, Zinrelo had excellent support and ensured everything went smoothly. Once implemented it does not require much maintenance. Rewards have been very effective in maintaining customer loyalty.
