Haven't really encountered many downsides. There are a few errors thrown in NetSuite, but these have more to do with recent NetSuite changes and don't impact performance or functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The team is very slow to respond to you. The platform has very limited capabilities. Not everything in the platform worked for me and it was difficult from me to figure things out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zinrelo Loyalty Rewards Platform?

As a developer, the ease of this implementation was a huge positive for us. The simplicity of having built-in widgets and an easy API made this implementation quick and relatively painless. The support is very responsive and is willing to work with you to build out any features you may want. Touchpoints with our account rep are quarterly but if you would want more or less, their team respects that decision. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zinrelo Loyalty Rewards Platform?

Though easy to implement, the out-of-box user dashboard is not very attractive. There are a lot of ways to customize the interface's theme and you can embed it on a page but I think multiple layouts would have helped our integration at the beginning from looking like everyone else's. Also, there really isn't a production/development toggle for each account so we had to have another instance spun up so we could do our continuous integration testing. What do you like best about Zinrelo Loyalty Rewards Platform?

For the most part, onboarding was super simple. Our business is seasonal and our dedicated rep often helps us brainstorm ideas that could bring in incremental revenue during our slower seasons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zinrelo Loyalty Rewards Platform?

The campaigns feature could use some work. If I want to run a campaign and double the number of reward points for all customers, the campaign only checks our customer group for new accounts once per day. So, if you create an account in the middle of the day as a new customer, you wouldn't be included in the campaign. This has been something our team has had to work around within the platform. The onboarding process. The team at Zinrelo was amazing. My rep Justin John did a thorough job helping us get set up, and implementing the software into our native CRM platform. Should have done it sooner! I regret not partnering with Zinrelo before now. There were a few hiccups getting our website to work with the Zinrelo dashboard at first, but the pros on Zinrelo's end had it working in no time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It combines a loyalty program and referral program into one easy interface. It's clean and easy to understand, and is easily customizable. The rewards for social integrations is very helpful as a growing business. The white glove service is attentive and very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zinrelo Loyalty Rewards Platform?

Using with BigCommerce, we have to generate our own coupon codes. The interface also does not seem as friendly to our older customers as we get frequent emails about misunderstandings. That however is just user error. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
