As a developer, the ease of this implementation was a huge positive for us. The simplicity of having built-in widgets and an easy API made this implementation quick and relatively painless. The support is very responsive and is willing to work with you to build out any features you may want. Though easy to implement, the out-of-box user dashboard is not very attractive. There are a lot of ways to customize the interface's theme and you can embed it on a page but I think multiple layouts would have helped our integration at the beginning from looking like everyone else's. Also, there really isn't a production/development toggle for each account so we had to have another instance spun up so we could do our continuous integration testing. For the most part, onboarding was super simple. Our business is seasonal and our dedicated rep often helps us brainstorm ideas that could bring in incremental revenue during our slower seasons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The campaigns feature could use some work. If I want to run a campaign and double the number of reward points for all customers, the campaign only checks our customer group for new accounts once per day. So, if you create an account in the middle of the day as a new customer, you wouldn't be included in the campaign. This has been something our team has had to work around within the platform. The onboarding process. The team at Zinrelo was amazing. My rep Justin John did a thorough job helping us get set up, and implementing the software into our native CRM platform. It combines a loyalty program and referral program into one easy interface. It's clean and easy to understand, and is easily customizable.
