ZingTree has allowed us to offer Knowledge resources for our Customer Service team that are years ahead of our previously used software. Being able to tailor content in the form of process flow decision trees, internal knowledge articles, or even external self-service resources to deflect contacts has given us the flexibility to continue growing in efficiency gains even now after 3 years of using their product. The software has paid for itself many times over with the reduction in AHT that we have experienced, and their support staff is amazing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only limitation we've run into thus far with the software is in using it for multiple markets that might share content, and locking down which content displays based on market location. I have been using Zingtree for a while now, and I am thoroughly impressed with its capabilities. What I like best about Zingtree is its ability to create interactive decision trees and flowcharts with ease. What I like best about Zingtree is the ease of use. I like the fact that everything is user-friendly and that you can easily navigate through the flow's without any trouble and all the information is at your finger tips. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only dislike I have for Zingtree is the fact that everything looks really plane. I also dislike the fact that it does not pop up automatically and any information added requires it to be open again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think that the user interface of Zingtree has room for improvement. The new alpha search function is a step in the right direction, but it can be challenging to navigate the paths of Zingtree. I would love for there to be a function where agents are able to view all information in one path on one page.This would allow agents to use Zingtree more frequently since they would not have to click through a whole path each time.

I like the fact that zingtree allows you to build in the qualifications and data, this way the agents on the phone do not have to think much about whether or not a caller qualifies, due to their situation, or even the area they are located in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do not like how complex the backend of zingtree is, this has been something that has been a challenge for me to grasp. The admin side of zingtree is confusing but it also tends to make my systen lag whenever I try to pull reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
