What do you like best about Zingtree?

Its simplicity. A lot of other toosl in the same place I are overly complicated to use - including other no-code solutions. I was up and running and finalizing long-standing projects within an hour or two of implementing Zingtree. At the same time, when I needed to get into more complicated areas, the Knoweldge Base communicty and customer support contacts were very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zingtree?

I had a number of challenges with 3rd part integrations and with leveraging external data connections. While I do use the reporting features monthly, they could be easier to manage and schedule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zingtree solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted to build self-service broad assessment tools. Allow a user to answer a few questions and give them a broad answer based on their responses. What do you like best about Zingtree?

The interface to build out Trees is incredibly intuitive and it has every other feature I could need (linking to other trees, webhooks, etc) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zingtree?

As of right now, I'm not really happy with the level of support. Our entire business depends on this operating normally, and the fact that we can only open a ticket or send an email for an urgent issue is tough. For example, all day yesterday we had to pay our entire staff to sit there doing nothing all day because Zingtree has a bug. We've emailed the support team constantly and are hearing back hours and hours later if at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It allows us to roll out dynamic scripts without having to coach the agent through what exactly they need to ask if a person answers X to a certain question. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zingtree?

I really appreciate how they are always striving to improve and get user feedback. It has a lot of abilities to customize visuals and the trees. I have it doing things from automatically sending emails to clients to doing the math and logic for troubleshooting equipment and creating standardized summaries for notes and reporting. It is becoming an integral part of agent activities. I really cannot wait to see where they are going to go with it. I enjoy working with both the system and the people at the company any time I have any questions or concerns, they are very quick to address them. I build this all day and it is used hundreds of times a week by the agents. Basic architecture and some more advanced things are easy to set up and use, and the more advance stuff once you get the hang of their set up is relatively straightforward and easy to set up and customize. What do you dislike about Zingtree?

Some of the visual customization can be a little difficult if it is predefined by their system. I am hoping one day to see a more centralized place to make specific changes to the layouts and design capabilities. Or even possibly another page where the visuals are separated so each one can more easily get its own custom CSS. I would like to see easier integrations with java as well on the architecture side to where it can perform them from the coding put into nodes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zingtree solving and how is that benefiting you?

They seem to always be improving and upgrading their systems often adding more features and making it easier to use. It makes it easier to design more robust front and backends. The feedback on new rollouts I make from the tools they give me are always getting better as both Zingtree and myself are improving. It has allowed us to standardize both agents abilities to work with customers and send information to them as well as increased the productivity and efficiency. It has increased first call resolution and decreased the average handling times of our agents a significant amount. It also allows us to set up easy methods for contractors and customers to troubleshoot most things before contacting our agents to help also reduce handling times. What do you like best about Zingtree?

I like that it allows for the scripting to do the thinking for the agent who is taking calls. The agent doe snot has to figure out whether or not someone meets a specific criteria or qualifies for something, they just ask the scripted questions, enter the answer, and the script will proceed according to the information that is built into it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zingtree?

I dislike the back end/admin side of Zingtree. It can be very complicated and requires a substantial amount of bandwidth, whenever I want to review form data reports my computer starts to lag and sometimes makes chrome completely crash on my computer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Zinbgtree has solved a significant amount of issues from agent error or human error. When the qualifications are placed in the script, and the rebuttals are easily accessible, this leaves little room for agents to make mistakes and helps ensure efficiency and quality. What do you like best about Zingtree?

I've been using Zingtree for managing various processes, and I must say, it has been a game-changer. The tool's ease of use is one of its standout features. One area where Zingtree falls short for me is in its integrations. Specifically, the lack of integration with Intercom is a significant downside.
