What do you like best about Medallia Concierge?
Zingle makes it easy to communicate with claimants via text message. We can use one phone number to text our clients, and we are able to assign clients to different caseworkers. Having one number makes it easier for everyone to collaborate and help each other, since we all have the same access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
