CloudApp is super easy to use and feature-rich. At the click of a keyboard button, you can take a screenshot, then annotate it, copy it and drop it into Slack, a Google Doc, email, or wherever. I've used Cloudapp for a year or so and really like it! I use screenshots, GIFs, and videos in almost every customer interaction I have. As a support rep, that's a lot.
