poor quality app on mac, also difficulty clicking screen e.g. for slide transitions on powerpoint whilst full screen recording. This is on windows, not mac. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Uploading videos takes a lot of time sometimes, not sure if it's because of my upload speed or because of Cloudapp trying to get my files to the cloud. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zight?

I love that it automatically detects screenshots and creates a link for me on the spot. Super helpful for communicating with our customers too. Annotating the screenshots with text and shapes is also incredibly useful for technical support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are helping customers visualize their accounts and troubleshoot their own issues with clarity. I've realized the benefit of displaying information in multiple ways, sometimes a text instruction or knowledge base article is just too much for a customer to spend time on... a visualization supplied with a quick link via CloudApp can show them exactly what to do or where to go instantly. - The keyboard shortcuts make it extremely easy for you to take a screenshot or screen recording within a matter of seconds.

- Copies the link right away so you can forward the information out whoever requires it.
