What do you like best about Zight?

Makes my screenshots so much more functional and I can make quick edits and easily add to emails or documents on the fly. It is much easier than the native screenshot capabilities I was using on my Mac. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zight?

CloudApp has always appealed to me because it lets me quickly share ideas and information with ease. If I want to be complex with editing screen recordings, annotating, censoring private information, etc. all of that is possible, but I can also simply take a quick screenshot and share a link for others to see. What do you dislike about Zight?

Some of the features that make CloudApp great also get in the way with the default settings. A window popping up as a preview every time I take a screenshot or video is pretty annoying. But to be fair, this can be turned off deep within the settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Zight:

If you need a fast and simple way to share screenshots, images, screen recordings, etc, this tool is great! If you need to record and edit screenshots or do complex image manipulation, this is not the tool for that and really isn't intended to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zight solving and how is that benefiting you?

Customer support is 10x easier with CloudApp. Sharing screenshot and screen recordings with customers to explain complex topic is really simple and easy. I've had so many people say how surprised they were to see a video addressed directly to them. CloudApp makes it quick and easy, but it has a profound impact on the recipient.
