I don't have to think about using cloudapp. I also like that my screenshot history is easily available, I can edit images to highlight something, and dropping files onto the icon to upload is so nifty. **What do you dislike about Zight?** There's often a delay to when the link is created. I have to be careful that I'm not copying over the wrong thing into a chat channel and embarrassing myself! **What problems is Zight solving and how is that benefiting you?** My teammates often use it to help describe bugs our customers are experiencing. It would consistently cut out mid-video and would stop recording, sometimes even 5 or 10 minutes into a video forcing me to restart.
