Unexplained crashes (this has decreased) Recordings messing with the microphone even when the mic button is OFF, the video player should be a bit larger by default so the user does not need to fullscreen. Jing's video player size was ideal in this regard. The ability to switch an already made video from GIF to Recording (and vice versa) seamlessly has been a favorite feature of the free app record.it and would like to see it here. the app can sometimes lag with screenshots (and end up taking the wrong snapshot bcus it's too slow to load). the app itself also crashes quite frequently and doesn't retain screenshots from previous days which isn't helpful if i need to reference something from a few days prior Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Record" is now the first button instead of "capture." I personally use the screenshot tool much more often than the recording tool. Cloudapp also used to allow you to search by keyword through past screenshots which was a huge value add. Unfortunately they removed this functionality. Also, the sign-in gets wonky at times on desktop and often on mobile. Mobile's login UX needs to be improved esp. if logging in with Google. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
