Cloud App is such an intuitive product. It is clear they use customer feedback when building out new features. I loved using it so much I brought it over to my current company from my last one. Cloud App automatically generates links for all images/recordings, the history is easy to scroll through, and (most importantly) it saves me so much time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes you get signed out too often and sometimes GIFs and videos don't encode and just leave you with black recordings for the length of your recording. Updating to the newest version fixes this. Anything under 15 seconds has a very high success rate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that I can quickly take a screenshot or video to send to my clients, teammates, etc whether it's reporting an issue, explaining something, etc. I also love the annotate feature so I can add text or details on the screenshot to help people better understand what they need to be looking at. I wish that it were possible to trim gifs. I've seen this in other tools. Being able to trim would allow you to focus your gifs on just the action you need to capture. Every little bit helps when you are trying to minimize file size. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
