CloudApp is easy to use on the app and very helpful in creating quick GIFs for QA Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One day I sent a screen recording to a customer and I was told that the link was broken. It turned out my internet connection had failed during the recording. We work in distributed teams on a wide variety of projects for many clients. Cloudapp helps us easily share screengrabs, markups and video examples to share with our internal teams and clients alike. From time to time it may slow down a bit when uploading screengrabs to the cloud. They have made a lot of UI tweaks over the past year which has helped greatly with some of the shortcomings it may have had. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really wish the app didn't have consistent bugs. Sometimes I'll record a 5-7 minute video and it tells me afterwards that it couldn't record. I also have issues naming videos or tagging them sometimes until after video is saved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The price difference between basic and pro is a bit too much of a jump, the added features don't add up to $120/yr in added value, at least for me, but I may be under-utilizing features.

Don't know where screen shots are downloaded to when I select that command, the sound pings, but it doesn't save to Downloads, there doesn't seem to be a preferences option for it, just a bit of a mystery to me, though I haven't looked in to the documentation yet to see if there is an easy answer.
