What do you like best about Zight?

The ease at which you can create and share a quick video for teaching purposes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zight?

If you delete a video, the link no longer works. That's definitely not an easy fix and is able to work around! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zight solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Zight?

I found that this app was very quick to download and easy to use and understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zight?

I didn't quite like how it opened a webpage, but it got the job done, and overall I was very satisfied with the experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zight?

I like the ability to customize how I want to take a screenshot and the ability to annotate before sending/sharing with others. The annotation tools replace the need for another editing software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zight?

I wish the free version allowed for automatic copying of content instead of having to specifically click into the menu and select the option to copy, but I understand they don't want to give everything away for free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zight solving and how is that benefiting you?

I create a lot of PowerPoint presentations and templates which require a lot of images to be pasted into them. Cloudapp allows me to easily capture the images I want from other sources and easily drop them into my projects. I also save a lot of time by having my screenshots in a central location by clicking on the Cloudapp icon in the menu bar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zight?

All of the features - record video with or without audio, create a GIF, markup files, upload files, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zight?

Sometimes recordings take a while to become available after creating them. This happens maybe once in about twenty recordings, but it sometimes does lead me to either re-record or wait and hope that the first recording worked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zight?

I enjoy the ease of use of the product and how quick it is to grab GIF/Screenshots/Videos. Launching the cloud app is quick and easy, really saves time in support instances to show a user how to use something or how to navigate to an item. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish you could set a preference as far as the download type you wanted cloud app to provide you. It automatically gives a link and then you can open the editor to copy content from there or get a direct link. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am able to quickly capture ways to highlight and use our product. The benefits this has added to customer satisfaction is wonderful. I am able to send a quick visual on how to find something or a quick screenshot of how something should look. It really adds an element to customer interaction. I love that I can printscreen an image, record a video, or create a gif! The gif creation process was very easy and super useful. The only tool I've used to far to create gifs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
