I love being able to do demos via video share instead of screenshots. It's also great to be able to only share a portion of my screen to do demos vs. my entire screen. That's a great feature! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that I don't have to save an image to my computer and then upload it into my email or other online location. One shortcut and my image is captured and ready to share anywhere I can post a link. Saves a lot of time and makes it easy to convey directions to customers and clients. Very comprehensive tool...I have researched many Screenshot tools and compared them...CloudApp is robust as a FREEMIUM tool before you need to upgrade.

Do not love how the Freemium version defaults to only copying the LINK to your clipboard - if you want to automatically copy the CONTENT then you would need to upgrade....(but to be fair...thru a 4-part click-stream, you are still able to copy the content - it just isn't automatic without having Premium). The app crashes so often that it's basically useless at times and gets in the way of my workflow. I'd gladly cancel my services if there were another tool that offers everything, but there isn't. I've spoken to customer service multiple times and even got on a call with them to have the app replaced (I had done so myself several times before getting on a call with them). I use my computer for work stuff only: internet use, emailing, and zoom calls. I have a few different programs on my computer, but nothing too extreme. I have an insane amount of memory and storage, so it's not that. There really is no reason this should be happening, which was confirmed by the sales team the last time we spoke. The sales team has always been lovely but the tool itself needs improvements. Even submitting this review requires a screenshot of me using the tool but the tool has crashed before I could grab a screenshot... a perfect example of how it works haha Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the very few apps that I enjoy using. Most products I make do with because they offer something useful to me.
