What do you like best about Zight?

I like the ability to quickly capture GIFs or video with audio/voiceover as screen-captures to build into learning assets I develop for our sales teams and other operations teams Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zight?

I dislike how routinely the CloudApp seems to glitch out and fail... I'll be recording a GIF or making a video and the CloudApp will just tank, and the video will appear to be buffering but it'll never save or be available. I typically find I have to uninstall the CloudApp and reinstall it... even when there appears to be zero UI upgrades or changes. It's nonsensical. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zight?

Easy to use, include many features which I looked for in other tools (embedded arrows, etc.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Changing the mic input - I cannot see if my input is OK or not (like in Zoom)

What do you like best about Zight?

Easy to use, fast uploads and short URL links. The screenshot and annotate has some of the best features. I love how any new text is outlined, so it is obvious. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zight?

I wish a DOWNLOAD button were available. Instead, I need to click a dropdown list to select the Download option. I sometimes use Greenshot instead if I want to save a screenshot, much faster. I wish it would tell me on the screen when it would expire so I can quickly change it, if I need to. It's hidden so I sometimes forget the default. Maybe allow a default for each feature: Capture, Video, GIF, Annotate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zight solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am able to share annotated screenshots with clients or short videos with clients in seconds to set up, cast, then uploaded to the cloud fast. I love that I can set a default expiration so I don't have to worry about cluttering my folder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zight?

I love how CloudApp allows me to keep work screenshots separate from personal screenshots. Sharing via link or image is easy. Annotating is amazing for customer success type jobs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zight?

The main improvement I'd like to see is the ability to "edit" your annotations. Sometimes I make an annotation on a screenshot, then decide I'd like to remove or adjust it. But I have to take a whole new screenshot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Try it out! I didn't think I needed a screenshot solution until I saw how amazing this product was. Now I won't go back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zight?

ClouldApp is helpful because after creating your screen record as a video, you upload it to the cloud server. After uploading the recorded file, you will get a link to send to anyone to watch later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was facing a problem recording what we were doing on my computer during the training session so that students could review later correct themself, but it was an enormous task to send a file to everyone. CloudApp makes me easy to do this.
