What do you like best about ZiftONE?

ZiftOne has very slick interface that is very easy to use for Marketers. The team there is also very responsive with any questions or concerns on marketing promotions or analysis. This has made the partner marketing project with Hitachi very seamless, as if I was working directly with Hitachi themselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZiftONE?

No down sides but I was unaware of the limitations to email based on credit earned through the platform. This is based on deliverability which I was unaware of. Also, a running total of credits available on the dashboard so I realize what I have to work with when planning deployments would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ZiftONE?

ZiftOne is a solid choice for partner relationship management (PRM) and channel marketing. It’s packed with features that cover everything from content management to lead distribution and analytics, giving teams a lot of tools to work with. The platform is pretty easy to use, though there's a bit of a learning curve if you want to dive deep into all the features.

Customer support is definitely a plus—responsive and knowledgeable, helping users get the most out of the platform. Overall, ZiftOne’s user-friendly interface, wide range of features, and helpful support team make it a strong option, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZiftONE?

While ZiftOne offers a lot of useful features, one downside is the limited flexibility in customization. For a platform that's meant to support diverse partner programs, it can feel somewhat rigid in adapting to specific workflows. What do you like best about ZiftONE?

Good concept, they promote a good solution. We have a nice Client Services Manager assigned to us. They have gotten better about client support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZiftONE?

Zift has several significant shortcomings that make it a less-than-ideal Partner Marketing platform. While they make big promises about various capabilities, the execution falls short in several critical areas, causing frustration and inefficiencies for users and administrators alike.

The user experience on Zift One is notoriously poor. The interface is clunky and unintuitive, leading to frequent user complaints and a high dependency on our assistance. This lack of a self-service approach consumes significant time and resources as administrators must constantly walk users through the platform’s complexities. Despite the feedback, the user experience remains static and unchangeable, causing ongoing frustration.

One of the major drawbacks of Zift One is its lack of robust customization and translation features. Compared to its competitors, Zift One lags significantly behind in allowing users to tailor the platform to their specific needs. The platform’s rigid structure forces users to adapt their business processes to fit within its constraints, rather than offering the flexibility to mold the platform to fit their unique requirements.

Social media capabilities are also underwhelming. The tools provided for managing and integrating social media campaigns are outdated and lack the sophistication needed to effectively engage audiences across various platforms. This shortfall places users at a disadvantage in leveraging social media as a powerful marketing channel.

Perhaps the most concerning issue is the unreliability of Zift One’s tracking and analytics. The campaign metrics provided are often misleading, designed in a way that overstates the effectiveness of marketing efforts. This misleading data not only confuses our partners but also damages our credibility as a supplier endorsing this platform. The inaccurate reporting makes it challenging to derive true insights and make informed decisions, ultimately impacting the overall marketing strategy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am also sorry to hear about your frustration regarding not being listened to. My team and I want you to feel that your feedback is important to us and that we are listening. To this end, I have assigned a senior member of my team to meet with you regularly to ensure we can keep you up to date on where we are taking the platform and to listen to your feedback.

We also have a new way for you to submit feedback directly to my team using the same platform you use to communicate with our support team. You can send an email to product@ziftsolutions.com, which will generate a ticket for my team. We will review the ticket, ask questions, and associate it with the appropriate area of the platform in our planning tool. We can then update you on when that part of the platform will be worked on and what parts of your input are included.

What do you like best about ZiftONE?

Zift provides both an educational platform that walks you through best email campaig practices in step-by-step guides. From their sender reputation instructions to building a valid and reliable contact list you can't go wrong. You have the option to use existing content if your partners provide it or create your own. Email campaigns include social media as well and event promotions. The search option in campaigns allows you to select industry, product/solution and media type. You can also filter for the most recent and the most effecitve campaigns. You can even track your monthly send rate, bounces and unsubscribe to ensure you maintain a positive sender reputation. You can schedule campaigns in advance as well and receive reports on open rates, etc. You can pull trend reports. It's a very robust tool and perfect for nuture campaigns. What do you dislike about ZiftONE?

One of our partner companies provides the content and sometimes they aren't formatted properly. It doesn't appear that Zift checks and ensures these campaigns are formatted properly and often there are grammar and spelling errors. Submitting a help ticket is easy, but getting a response isn't always prompt and affects the timing of my campaigns. There isnt' any way to filter out spam bot responses for the opens and clicks. Easy to move from one section to another section. You can copy one upload page and only change the asset for the new upload. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not easy to upload or delete docs. It is not easy to use filters to do this action. If you want to delete some docs, you must do them individually. If you need to upload some assets, you need to do it one by one Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ZiftONE?

It has a lot of cool features, which are needed for us. Support is also responding fast. There offer very detailed reporting and usage analytics which I find very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZiftONE?

Implementation communication was slower than I expected and some features we expected the software to have aren't there (e.g. workflows for sending out emails to our partners based on triggers or the learning management platform isn't really interactive so we decided to use different solutions in combination with Zift).
