Personally, I like the dashboards and partner locator the most. Many PRM's host content and the like but having a Partner Locator that can be customized as well as Looker based BI tool for Data and Analytics on Partner Activity/Engagement is key to engaging Partners for Success. Helpdesk often send you to links to self serve. It's a great model, but I wish that the Customer Success team knew more about the answers to save time. It would be great to call my CSM and just get 10 answers to 10 questions rather than track 10 Service Tickets. Tracking service tickets can be more time consuming than just speaking with someone. I have been using Zift Solutions for three years now, and I must say that I am extremely pleased with the platform. Being able to create content on my own has been a great asset in creating captivating campaigns. The features for email, campaign, and social media planning are simple to use and have helped me simplify my marketing efforts. I especially appreciate the option to add microsites to my company's website. The reporting process is also very comprehensive, and I value the ability to view all my leads as campaign results. In general, Zift Solutions has been an outstanding tool for me to achieve my marketing objectives, and I'm particularly happy with the customer support team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are simple asks, like being able to sort Collateral Programs by moving blocks up and down versus having to hit an arrow button over and over for collateral placement within the program, that for whatever reason, isn't prioritized. I use the Zift platform on a weekly basis and it is really very easy to use. From creating customized templates to uploading contacts, implementation is easy. I would like the reporting tools to be improved, allowing more filters. I would also like to have a tool to validate the mail server and thus improve the ratio of emails that reach the spam mailbox. Integration with more CRM tools would also be appreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
