What do you dislike about ZiftONE?

What do you like best about ZiftONE?

There are several things that stand out about the platform. I love being able to create a custom page very quickly and easily. You can drag and drop different modules, add graphics and embed videos. It's amazing to be able to spin up a page without having to go though IT. Branding can be applied which is great.

You can fully tailor the experience through Partner Groups which allows you to give a different view for partner types, role, region, etc. You name it and you can probably create a partner group. This can be applied to custom pages, collateral, pop-ups, communcations, etc.

There are some very useful features such as portal posts, guided onboarding, auto-translations, and pop-up messages.

Reporting is extremely robust and you can get data on anything you need like logins, usage, marketing results and so much more.

The collateral library is amazing! It is easy for the user to find what they are looking for with search and filter capabilities. You can add all of the tags you need.

Support is prompt and generally very helpful with technical help or even if I have a questions.

I've seen improvements to the platform in the time i've been using it. A few frusting things see to be imroved so it seems like it just going to continue getting better and better.

Overall, it's a fantastic platform and most importantly gives users a great experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZiftONE?

The Marketing campaigns are great, but found that it's daunting for our partners to learn. It would be nice if it was just structured a bit more simple.

We love that partners can co-brand collateral but which this was a little more customizable. For example it would be great to be able to drag and move the logo box to adjust it.

Out of the box deal registration is very basic with Zift and it is difficult to implement if there are more complex customizations required.

Challenges can come with a synch to another CRM such as synching objects (however, it's been better lately) and creating deep links, which may require additional development work.

While reporting is robust, I find that it is a little cumbersome to figure out how to filter in Zift Admin (internal reports). I think if it had a simpler interface with drag and drop widgets that would be really nice.

There are certain areas that are not intuitive and user friendly. Sometimes it can be painful to figure it out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ZiftONE?

When looking for a new solutions for our Partner Community platform and supporting services we have done research and found the Zift Solutions to best match our existing self built solutions platform. The integrated services for Deal, MDF and Content Syndication looked to be a real supporting functionality Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZiftONE?

As a Software as a Service the platform is 'guiding' you to use 'their' proven workflows for your 'own' workflows. Customisation is possible, yet is bound by rules. Many options can be done, yet are not 'out of the box' and need to be customised for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ZiftONE?

I use Zift every day for marketing purposes, and I like how much control it gives me over marketing actions. It's easy to use, and easy for me to implement different campaigns. My interactions with customer support have always been very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ZiftONE?

Email delivery rates are better. Onboarding and learning is easy. And we can expect a quick response from the support team Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
