I've worked with multiple providers for Syteline customizations/mongoose development. Zesht IT has been the one that does the most robust work and the highest volume of work if you have a lot of projects stacked up. In a couple of instances, customizations were done by other teams where the other teams used methods not recommended for MT Cloud on our MT Cloud deployment, and we had issues when the monthly uplift happened. Time zone differences can be challenging; it hasn't been too bad but can mean minor fixes take days instead of hours; we have to work concurrently on several things to keep projects coming through the pipeline, and clear communication about task requirements is sometimes a challenge, things have to be spelled out carefully in a task management system for reference or simple mistakes or omissions happen from a misinterpretation of the intent of the task, making some tasks take extra time.
