Zesht IT has been the one that does the most robust work and the highest volume of work if you have a lot of projects stacked up. In a couple of instances, customizations were done by other teams where the other teams used methods not recommended for MT Cloud on our MT Cloud deployment, and we had issues when the monthly uplift happened. Zesht IT team was able to describe and quickly redo these using Infor recommended methods, and we've not had a problem with those customizations since. **What do you dislike about Zesht IT Consulting Services Pvt Ltd?** Time zone differences can be challenging; it hasn't been too bad but can mean minor fixes take days instead of hours; we have to work concurrently on several things to keep projects coming through the pipeline, and clear communication about task requirements is sometimes a challenge, things have to be spelled out carefully in a task management system for reference or simple mistakes or omissions happen from a misinterpretation of the intent of the task, making some tasks take extra time. **What problems is Zesht IT Consulting Services Pvt Ltd solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zesht IT has done a lot of work for us on Syteline and Factory Track to support our recent migration to Infor CSI (Syteline). They've done many small customizations and a few very complex customizations taking many weeks, really helping us get the best out of Syteline and Factory Track. ### 5.
