What do you like best about Zendesk Workforce Management?

Tracking occupancy has been so very helpful. I love seeing who's working, and what exact ticket they are working on. The scheduling is fairly easy and nice to see them all in one place. I appreciate the reporting as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zendesk Workforce Management?

It is such a disservice to be a time tracking app and yet the agents are not able to see their total time worked that they will be paid. It only shows all hours which include lunch we don't pay, so it is very hard for my agents to not go over 40 hours because it does not show them their worked hours correctly. It is also terrible that tymeshift is not available on phones, so agents can see and trade shifts on their phones. When I have to balance a new quarter of schedules I still use the free version of homebase before I use tymeshift, because homebase is easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zendesk Workforce Management?

I find what Tymeshift has to offer is outstanding, especially how easy it is to operate and track my teams performance. I find the upgrade to version two was seamless and definitely worthwhile as it allows even better ablilty to measure the necessary metrics for my team. What do you like best about Zendesk Workforce Management?

The system easily integrated with our ZD CRM, and the reporting and intraday functionality is very user-friendly. My management team uses it daily with very little to no issues. The live dashboards also making managing our remote team much more effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zendesk Workforce Management?

Not much to mention here other than the refresh rate, which the Tymeshift support team has said they have plans to improve in the near future. The API latency between ZD and Tymeshift is somewhat out of their control, but I appreciate how communicative the team is on this matter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Zendesk Workforce Management:

I've been in the customer service world for about 17 years, and Tymeshift is by far the best WFM solution I have implemented. From the initial setup, integration to the fantastic support you receive post-launch, Tymeshift knocked it out of the park. everything else. No support because they were not an US based company. Most of the metrics were not accurate. Literally only thing we could use was Tickets solved per hour and even that number wasn't exactly correct. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zendesk Workforce Management?

Tymeshift fills the gap left by Zendesk regarding WFM and on some of the performance tracking information.

We love the Talk+ integration to adjust Talk status automatically, the forecasting and auto-scheduling features, and how seamless it is for someone to go back and review their teams' performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zendesk Workforce Management?

Tymeshift cannot ingest data automatically, as with an API, which would benefit us, allowing seamless integration between Tymeshift and our HR system.

What do you like best about Zendesk Workforce Management?

I loved the features that Tymeshift is offering, especially the tracking of actual working time so that we can count the agent's KPIs in the most correct way.
