The best thing about Zendesk is the perfect balance between advanced functionality and user-friendliness. Even though the platform offers a wide range of features and integrations, the interface never feels overwhelming. What do you dislike about Zendesk for Employee Service?

The pricing structure can be a bit opaque when adding various add-ons, which can make it a costly solution for smaller organizations.
