What do you like best about Zenbridge?

Zenbridge captured exactly what we were looking for. They bridged typical Shopify API functionality with the labrynthine EDI structure required by our sales partner. Order routing monitoring on that channel is 0. Which is exactly what we are looking for. When any issues arise (typically as a result of failures on the sales partner end) they are quick to respond and find a solution. On the rare occasion I need to dig deeper in to the orders, their platform is easy to use and I can quickly find what I am looking for. On top of all of that, they were an order of magnitude more cost-effective than any comparable service. 10/10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zenbridge?

At Pipeline Medical we carried out EDI transactions with partners (mainly suppliers). Initially the number of partners and transactions were low and managed by some adhoc programs.

Over a period of time with the growing number of partners and transactions, a major challenge was:

- Different EDI specifications and data flows for each partner

- Communicate and followup progress and issues with the partner EDI team for setup / testing / UAT and upto going in production

- Single platform for Traceability / audit review of EDI transactions

- Handle EDI transactions related support when there are tech/business issues with certain transactions

- Validation and Error/Exception handling while processing EDI transaction

...AND most importantly...

- The number of EDI transactions we had were huge and growing (both in terms of transactions and partners as well).

We were in search of a EDI as platform solution that understands our business as we were heavily reliant on EDI processes.

We found Zenbridge a very unique platform. We had really great experience from the Zenbridge team during onboarding, understanding our business processes and get our first EDI partner up and running in just a matter of days. Over a period of time we setup more partners without any issues.

Zenbridge team takes care of:

- Setting up EDI channel with the partner

- Commuinicate with the partner EDI team for specifications and involve in setup, testing and going live processes

- Ongoing support

Zenbridge platform has an EDI dashboard, that is user-friendly interface to browse and search the EDI transaction. Our non-technical business users are also loves using it.

Kudos to the Zenbridge team for:

- High avavilability, we have experienced almost no downtime since implementing the solution.

- Their exceptional dedicated support team

- Customizing dashboard with easy advanced filtering abilities

It has been almost 2 years we have been using Zenbridge as our EDI technology partner and I strongly recommend Zenbridge for EDI solution as service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zenbridge?

The Zendrige team exemplifies the perfect partner and vendor. They eliminate the time, effort, and financial sacrifices associated with understanding and implementing EDI. They are easy to contact and always responsive. Their knowledge, flexibility, and willingness to help is unsurpassed.

The stark contrast between Zendrige's empathy and customer focus and those of traditional EDI gateway vendors like SPS Commerce and others is a testament to their commitment. It's like comparing night and day, and it's clear that Zendrige is the right choice.

The speed and quality of their solution delivery are outstanding. Their solution costs are, across the board, the most competitive in the EDI market.

Another advantage is they know and are highly adept and swift at REST integration. Forget IPaaS; Zenbridge is operationally lower cost, swifter and easier to implement

What do you like best about Zenbridge?

We enjoy working with Zenbridge. They have an innovative EDI platform and are able to provide flexible API solutions which we rely on. Their customer support is very good. What do you like best about Zenbridge?

The JSON API access to my EDI transmissions Zenbridge provides is great, and was not hard to setup thanks to their staff. I use the tool frequently to see if my transactions are processing correctly, and the webhook feature allows our team's analytics tools to be fully automated. What do you dislike about Zenbridge?

The web portal I have access to from Zenbridge focuses on monitoring transactions not analytics on the data recieved within the transactions, so utilizing the API and their webhook feature was important for our analytics needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
