Zelis representatives are quick to respond to your concerns. The representative Giovanna Dumbadse was so upbeat and knowledgeable about our choices and how the process worked. You can feel it in her voice that she was not rushed nor was she trying to pressure us into a decision. She TRULY is a people person. It is evident that she LOVES her job and the people that she helps. Giovanna is a true delight and possibly a large reason why our nonprofit organization will stay with Zelis! I'm an insurance provider and they keep signing me up to get paid with their credit card, for a fee, of course. I have not authorized this payment. I don't even know WHY you would pay a medical provider with a credit card. How is my bookkeeper supposed to record that? And why do I get a reduced payment? Their client and customer service is what is lacking. While they do any amazing job on products for member and providers, Zelis needs to start focusing on their clients needs and demands.
