I deeply resent this company for signing me up for services I do NOT want and forcing it on me against my will so that I have to spend two hours on the phone once a year reversing it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm an insurance provider and they keep signing me up to get paid with their credit card, for a fee, of course. I have not authorized this payment. I don't even know WHY you would pay a medical provider with a credit card. How is my bookkeeper supposed to record that? And why do I get a reduced payment?
