You can feel it in her voice that she was not rushed nor was she trying to pressure us into a decision. She TRULY is a people person. It is evident that she LOVES her job and the people that she helps. Giovanna is a true delight and possibly a large reason why our nonprofit organization will stay with Zelis! I'm an insurance provider and they keep signing me up to get paid with their credit card, for a fee, of course. I have not authorized this payment. I don't even know WHY you would pay a medical provider with a credit card. How is my bookkeeper supposed to record that? And why do I get a reduced payment?
