The platform is easy for the staff to prepare and easy for the Board Members to read and interact with questions in advance of the meetings. It's wonderful. Our favorite part is the iterative and collaborative nature of putting together the information with all the disciplines seeing the entirety of the business at the same time. This paired with real time feedback once it is published allows us to get all the questions answered in order to focus our discussions on the bigger ideas and next steps. Instead of getting caught up in formatting and spin, we just plug in our content, share it, and go.
Since we can track which board members have reviewed the content and where they've spent their time, we know where the conversation will be. The ability to have questions submitted in advance and answer them in line means that we don't spend the first hour covering little clarifications.
