ZayZoon Pros and Cons

The best part of ZayZoon is the ease with which it's implemented. After just one meeting with Morgan, my customer service rep, I knew exactly what to do with my ADP payroll to integrate ZayZoon into our payroll process. After a quick email to the staff, we had almost half of them sign up for the service. In addition, the service has so many additional features to help me and my staff make the most of payroll. Implementing Zayzoon an Earned Wage Access (EWA) service has significantly benefited our small business by enhancing employee satisfaction and productivity. Zayzoon does not have the ability to cut-off employee withdrawals to exactly match your payroll period dates. This could result in an employee receiving less than 50% of their earned pay for a payroll period. I like the fact that there is a limit, so in case of an emergency you can access your funds prior to your paycheck hitting your bank account. The support team and the account creation process are seamlessly simple. This is beneficial not only for me as an administrator but also for my caregivers. The system is linked to our payroll team, allowing them to access historical payroll data. Additionally, my caregivers can easily access funds in advance for small expenses, such as $20 for gas, helping to alleviate simple stressors. I worry for our employees that early access to their wages simply 'pushes the can down the road' and they will not learn to budget better. ZayZoon sounded too good to be true...and they delivered better than promised. Setup took only a couple of emails to my payroll provider and we were up and running the next day. Our employees can now access their paychecks early without having to pay high fees for short term loans, whenever they need cash. ZayZoon fully integrates with UKG and runs seamlessly in the background. Our employees report that customer service is extremely helpful when contacted.
