Allows our employees to access wages without any cost to the company. Our leadership team was skeptical about implementing, partly because EWA was a foreign concept to them and it seemed too good to be true, but now they are glad that we have this offering to our employee base. Set up on the employee end is a bit cumbersome. I often have employees answer questions wrong, like the question who is your 3rd part payroll provider, and then they can't get back to start over. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
