We hired for multiple roles with this platform. The process of setting up assessments and screening is easier than with any other tool. I can do it in a couple of clicks and filter the top candidates in a shorter time. Most importantly, we were able to deduce the behaviors of candidates accurately. Zapilio creates skill focused assessments by going through the JDs of each role and this helps the hiring managers to evaluate their skills and adds a major data point in hiring the candidates.
