It's great to be able to get an email and have zapier take care of searching for key words that mean scheduling an appointment, adding a line of data to a spreadsheet, or just scheduling a follow-up. Nothing falls through the cracks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some limited outputs. For example: I can't set an event that pulls the sender's actual name from the email they send, but it can pull their email address. I do wish that were some better options for integrating gsuite with some other external applications (like NeonCRM, for example). Zapier makes my life so much easier. We now link up everything from Google Apps for Business and Zapier to take action somewhere else. GMail, Docs, Sheets, etc - now they all are able to be linked up to other software platforms. So basically, your GSuite talks to pretty much any SaaS out there. I don't know if there is anything that I dislike? Maybe just the setup phase, but that would be just complaining about doing work. There are too many steps on individual pages. For the power users, we should be able to make all of the changes on one page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
