Secondly, I like Zapier's numerous third party tools which can be integrated with Google Workspace to ensure a seamless workflow and satisfy custom requirements. It saves us a lot of time and effort with its third party applications. **What do you dislike about Zapier for G Suite?** There are no downsides of using Zapier for G Suite apart from the limited customization options it provides. **What problems is Zapier for G Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zapier for G Suite has solved various problems we used to face and has saved us a lot of time and effort. It helps us in having seamless communication with its features like notifying teachers and staff about meetings etc making sure everyone is updated. It also helps us in sending automated emails to our students and teachers and organizing data seamlessly. Lastly, it helps us automate events with its various features like sending automated invitations etc. ### 3. It's a real time saver and user-friendly. **What do you dislike about Zapier for G Suite?** There isn't anything that I dislike about this software at this time. **What problems is Zapier for G Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** It automates portions of my business; it saves me time! I use Zappier on my website to send new leads to my CRM, and then from G-Suite, I can send a message with either a questionnaire, brochure, etc. ### 4. Nothing falls through the cracks. **What do you dislike about Zapier for G Suite?** There are some limited outputs. For example: I can't set an event that pulls the sender's actual name from the email they send, but it can pull their email address. I do wish that were some better options for integrating gsuite with some other external applications (like NeonCRM, for example). They do integrate, but there are some real limitations on both the trigger action and the resulting action that aren't always exactly what I'm looking for. **Recommendations to others considering Zapier for G Suite:** Is your work communications heavy, especially with outside stakeholders? Are you organizing a lot of communications and scheduling? Then Zapier for G Suite could help a lot. **What problems is Zapier for G Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're making sure that donor communications aren't falling through the cracks. With automatic responses, scheduled follow-ups, scheduled events, etc, we're staying on top of things way better than we used to. One of the best features has been the ability to send out automated emails when new volunteers sign up to serve on our volunteer committees using one of our google forms. It's easy to create a personalized email to them that doesn't seem like a form response. Zapier will even allow a simple draft of an email to be created and will hold off on sending it until you have a chance to review and customize further (if needed). ### 5. Automate. All. The. We now link up everything from Google Apps for Business and Zapier to take action somewhere else. GMail, Docs, Sheets, etc - now they all are able to be linked up to other software platforms. So basically, your GSuite talks to pretty much any SaaS out there. **What do you dislike about Zapier for G Suite?** I don't know if there is anything that I dislike? Maybe just the setup phase, but that would be just complaining about doing work. There are too many steps on individual pages. For the power users, we should be able to make all of the changes on one page. **Recommendations to others considering Zapier for G Suite:** Jump in and automate as much as you can. **What problems is Zapier for G Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Automation is the future of business. Zapier and the 100s of Zaps I use make my life easier. It frees up my time, makes me more money and just makes me happier. I don't have to do anything manually anymore! ### 6. Support was hard to get to also. **Recommendations to others considering Zapier for G Suite:** Spend some time trying it out, it's likely you can do what you want...just might be difficult to initially figure out. **What problems is Zapier for G Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Increase efficiency and reduce workload. I had created zapier Gmail connection /zap for my freshdesk service and it seemlessly syncs all my data with freshdesk to gsuite. Their step-by-step guide makes simplifies the process so that anyone can make an integration to G Suite. **What do you dislike about Zapier for G Suite?** Sometimes when I use a Zapier to connect form submissions to a google sheet, the answers don't always match up or have incorrect formatting. There's some manual work involved to make sure you get the Zap right, but it's not tremendous. **What problems is Zapier for G Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using Zapier for G Suite makes it really easy for me to keep multiple surveys that we send to our customers in one place so that everyone in our Team Drive can see the answers. It creates transparency in our organization so that everyone can see what I'm working on. ### 10.
