Top Rated YunoJuno Alternatives

Everything! The quality of clients & briefs, the ease of applying, being able to communicate directly in the platform, and best of all, just 14 days payment terms. Plus whenver I had a question the team were on hand to quickly answer, and were really friendly about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's hard to find something to dislike, but if I had to find something, it would be the vetting process takes a few days. So it could be quicker, but I get that they also need to manully vet everyone to have a high stndard of freelancers on the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What makes YJ stand out is their close understanding of both client briefs to the many talented individuals on hand who will be the perfect fit. This is where recruitment becomes something closer to Alchemy. Certainly that level of acute awareness by YunoJuno is ony possible by not just being very well in tune with clients and candidates, but by also being well experienced as professionals in the advertising and marketing industry themselves. Which is where it always feels like a conversation with a colleague and fellow professional than a recruiter. The service YJ offers clients is tremendous in this way and also that much better an experience for the supplier. As another great offering from YunoJuno is super easy and fast pay that follows any project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In this area, I can offer no real criticism other than further praise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Yuno Juno is a great platform to consider if you have different copywriting needs and multiple projects to support. It's incredibly easy to use, and the customer support is very quick to act when help is needed, no matter if for contract support or talent needs. In general the talent the platform provides is very good and hard working, respectful and keen to fulfill their roles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am sure in time more features can be added to make the platform even more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have been using YunoJuno for the best part of a year now. The platform has an intuitive interface which makes it very easy to navigate and to find potential leads. It prioritises quality over quantity, which has led to better matches with potential clients. The results have always been relevant to my skillset which has allowed me to secure multiple roles. It has become my go to freelancer management system to find my next project! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far I have not found anything about the platform that I dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

After a decade of working with freelancers and buidling companies, I've learned that talent management can make or break your execution speed. YunoJuno fundamentally changes this equation.
Whats fascinating is how they've reduced a complex coordination problem into something remarkably simple. You get access to real, vetted talent (not the usual freelance marketplace mess), and the entire back-office headache - from contracts to payments - just dissapears into the background.
I am particularly bullish on their approach because it solves the real problem: removing friction. most platforms focus on being talent marketplaces. YunoJuno understood that the hard part isnt finding freelancers - its everything that comes after.
Two important points:
- The quality of execution matters more than ideas. having a reliable freelance operation is often the diffrence between shipping and stalling. Time spent on administrative overhead is time not spent building.
- For founders scaling their companies: This is the kind of tool that seems simple but compounds in value as you grow. Building with freelancers shouldnt be painful. Now it isnt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Can't think of anything at the moment, so far so good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

YunoJuno is a fantastic platform for freelancers to find work. You create a profile, where a wide range of top-level clients can view your portfolio and get in touch. On your profile you tag specific skills which helps you appear in client-side searches. This is great because it means you have clients contacting you rather than the other way around. However if you see a brief you want to apply for your CV/portfolio is already there so you don’t need to spend time filling in forms. Your day rate is set on your profile so there is no awkward quoting process to go through, which makes things much easier.
It’s also great that they take care of all the tax/ compliances issues which opens up the opportunity to work for clients abroad.
The timesheet and invoicing process is super simple and they send helpful reminders so you never forget to fill it in. There is the added functionality of being able to add extra time incase you need to add on a couple of hours instead of a full or half day. With YunoJuno I know that I am guaranteed to be paid on time, so it really takes the stress out of invoicing.
On the extremely rare occasions I have had an incorrect invoice, the (not a chat-bot) messaging function lets me talk to one of their super friendly customer support team, who respond with lighting speed to fix the issue.
Once the work is complete the client can give you a review which appears on your profile and enhances your work/experience section, which in turn helps you win more work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I honestly can't think of anything I dislike Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They understand me and want to learn what makes me tick and about my experiences. This knowledge informs their decisions, and I feel important to them despite their size.
YunoJuno is the best platform for freelancers like me. I check their site more times than I can count in a day for updates, opportunities, and insights. They have a core team of talent managers whom I've gotten to know, and they listen to me and will put me forward for big briefs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
To be honest, I have no dislikes for this platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It simplifies the process of connecting with top talent and managing projects, from start to finish. The built-in tools for contracts and payments are incredibly convenient, saving time and reducing stress. Plus, the support team is always responsive and helpful, making the whole experience seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It’s not so much a dislike, but the IRS assessment process could be improved. Making it more user-friendly and possibly shortening the steps would enhance the overall experience. Streamlining this part of the platform would make it even more efficient and convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
YunoJuno is very easy to use and it allows to post a freelancer brief very quickly, without having to speak to recruiters. The support team are always available if I need any support shortlisting candidates.
The process is usually very quick and I usually get relevant applications within hours of posting a brief.
It is useful to have briefs, contracts, timesheets and invoices all available on the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the process of reviewing and downloading invoices could be more straightforward, but it's a very minor downside considering everything I can do on YunoJuno. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that Yuno Juno is a self service platform. I don't have to speak to recruiters, I can look thorugh and decide for myself if soemone is the right fit. I can arrange interviews and then of course all contracts are produced by the plat form too.. It is unbelieveably easy and I really do love that I get to avoid recruiters. I don't think there are too many dislikes.. sometimes compliance arounf IR35 can be complicated. but its relatively easy to sort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Once you get the hang of it, YunoJuno is quick and easy to use. I use YunoJuno on a daily basis from a recruitment/hiring standpoint. It makes bookings, timesheets, and finding freelancers much easier. We've had a lot of success integrating new freelancers onto the platform as well, that way all of our interactions and transactions are in one place. Whenever we have questions, the support team is quick, friendly, and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are two small things: The frequency with which I have to log in can be frustrating. Having to use my browser 'back' button instead of the '[back to Timesheets]' button on the website so I don't lose my filters can be frustrating. Everything else about the website is helpful and efficient, so these little things are worth working around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
