Very simple ease of implementation and easy lift from signing up an Advisor through to contracting and renewing them. For harder problems such as VAT Numbers, Finance Documents, Compliance there is a super responsive team who can reach out to the Advisors on our behalf and help remedy any queries. Some of the steps Advisors have to go through compliance-wise can sometimes leave a sour taste with them if it's not a quick/simple fix. Also appreciate that compliance isn't really something I or YunoJuno can change/circumvent, but is still one of the only bottlenecks I get.

The integration to our CRM was quite fiddly for the most-part. With Jeff/Annie's efforts it is now changed, but I'm very happy this has changed as it was a bit tiresome having to duplicate contract details in YunoJuno then our own CRM Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Efficient team that answer queries quickly. The responses are always super quick and the team are always very friendly. I don't seem to have a designated account manager though. Timesheets are not ordered so ones that come through earlier are not at the top. Would be much easier to have them in some sort of order. Also, I don't like the banners at the top that tell you some are urgent as it's hard to tell which ones they are. The list isn't divided into which ones are urgent. It would be good to split out the more urgent timesheets from the others. I've also noticed that the older timesheets are at the bottom of the list. Would be better to have them at the top.

The user interface isn't massively intuitive. Timesheets are easy, but accepting contracts feels a bit buried. I'd rather expenses sit in a separate section. And whilst invoice creation is easy, i don't find it intuitive that i'd be creating an invoice in a system vs. my own, so i think clearer instructionst hat's the case woudl be great.

Once you're used to the platform it's super easy, but I find guiding new freelancers on how to use it takes 30 mins, which is asking a lot of them when they have a workflow that allows them to generate an invoice in 5 minutes normally.

YunoJuno means that our freelancers can get paid on time, like clockwork. While I've had queries about the timesheeting and invoicing process, I've rarely had instances of freelancers chasing filed invoices that haven't been paid.

Once you've got used to the quirks of the platform, it's reasonably easy to use. I've been using YunoJuno as a tool to contract our regular freelancers for several years now, and I find writing up contracts and approving timesheets very simple.

I've also found YunoJuno's help team to be brilliantly responsive. They set up a dedicated help email for our company, and some YunoJuno customer service reps have even joined our Slack on guest accounts. The platform can take a lot of getting used to, and in the early days of using it our team found it extremely fiddly. A lot of our contracts are project-based rather than time-based. We're able to select 'per deliverable' or 'per article' under rate details, which is great, but the weekly timesheet system is still unavoidable, and doesn't seem right in these instances.

What's particularly irritating is that we don't have much insight into what the platform looks like from the freelancer's end, which means that it's tricky for us to help them if they run into issues - which they frequently do if it's their first time using it.

Having to repeat SDC questionnaires and IR35 assessments so frequently is also irritating, however I understand if this is required from a legal perspective. I use YunoJuno every day as a client, and I am also hired through the platform as a freelancer, so I have seen it from every angle.

It is a straightforward and user-friendly platform, very easy to navigate. Plenty of helpful articles and explanations on the various processes of working as a freelancer, and the requirements you need.

The staff are usually quick to respond and will try to resolve any issues I have. The marketplace offers lots of freelancers, very helpful when needing extra resource, and the brief creating section of the platform is easy to use. I have to onboard new freelancers regularly and it is a simple process, although you may have to wait a little while for the security checks to complete.

Two-weekly payments are quick and easy, and timesheeting is very simple. Logging invoices sent through from YunoJuno to our finance team is a simple process thanks to the format they use.

The IR35 checks are very straightforward - compared to other tools I have used over the years, this is absolutely the most straightforward and user-friendly tool to conduct assessments through. I am confident in our complience with IR35 laws whilst using YunoJuno.

Some aspects are not entirely clear, such as how to add overtime for weekend work - a lot of the freelancers I hire seem to struggle with this. However, for the most part, it is quite self-explanatory.

Occaisonally when I reach out on the live chat to ask questions, I am given strange answers that aren't relevant to my query. I'm not sure if these are generated by templates or some kind of AI bots, but at times they do not make sense and I end up having to clarify what I mean multiple times.

Regarding the marketplace, I sometimes post briefs with very specific requirements but recieve applications from freelancers who don't meet those brief requirements. It would be helpful if there were some sort of screening process before freelancers could apply to a brief, as I often have to spend extra time reviewing and removing those unsuitable from the list. I like that most of the things I need are in one place. Especially that now I only need to use one account and not switch between two, that was a great upgrade. It would be great to have an option for monthly timesheets next to the weekly ones, as there is quite some admin on both sides. The reminders of the timesheet approvals are sometimes a little bit too pushy and early. In a case of 1 week being off, I get several notifications about the same thing, which is unrealistic that I can be so responsive constantly. The monthyl timesheets would help with that as well. The ease of tracking contractors, as a business we have had hundreds of FL engagements per year and being able to look up contact details, contract information, days worked etc from multiple years passed has proved invaluable and a huge time saver. The only thing of note is inconsistency of UI across different sections of the platform ie in Timesheet approval the first drop down is 'freelancer' but in the contracts tab it's 'state' Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been using YunoJuno for over 6 years now and has a senior freelancer testing several market places and job platforms, YunoJuno are by far 1st place for me. I've met incredible clients, had the chance to work on some really great brand projects over the years that have gone world-wide and find the whole platform a breeze to get to see briefs > accept a project > get paid.
