YOTTAA can be a bit intimidating if you infrequently log in to the admin. My bandwidth is spread across many responsibilities so I find it can be challenging to understand what next steps can be taken and how to use the tool to further proactively optimize. Our team really apperciates the level of product support we get with Yottaa. We receive incredible tutorials and insights during our monthly calls, and I'm always surprised at the level of detail that goes into their analysis of our performance. We have many microservices on our site, and Yottaa helps us appropriately defer scripts and manage their impact. The UI is not very intuitive. Anomaly reporting is a great feature, but the platforms only notifies you of issues, and does not help to determine how to rectify potential errors. Also, the cost is very high - it is one of our most expensive third parties. Often YOTTAA reports will show a very fast site speed but we still have issues optimizing for Lighthouse speed metrics. First and foremost, using Yottaa we have been able to dramatically decrease our page load times and boost customer experience when visiting our site. But Yotta is more than just a site speed tool. We are also using the embedded WAF to enhance our security stance. I personally find the traffic analytics quite useful as an additional source of information to help diagnose site issues, targeted attacks, and even 3rd party sla's.
