What I like the best is it's all in one spot. All the invoices that come into one centralized location, get their approval then moved for storage. Easy to see what needs to be done. If we have any questions or need to reference anything, it's all still in there. We can use it daily, weekly, monthly, etc whatever works best the company. I do not really dislike anything about Yooz. It took a little bit to get used to and learning by on the job tgraining, but it was only because it was different. It was different but way easier to handle. It was easy easy to learn and implentment to us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's quick and easy to understand, and the information it automatically gathers is about as accurate as you could ask for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is the occasional bug, such as the rare case of a submitted invoice not completely making it to our CDK system. and the most frustrating thing I come across on a daily basis is when I am breaking down accounts and amounts before submitting. It's a very little thing, but it causes a considerable amount of error and frustration; I'm talking about when I click on a cell to change or add a value, the first character I type is never the first value entered.
Example: total amount is 500.00, and I want to split this number between two accounts, yooz remembers that I use three accounts for this and has them listed, so I need to type my values into the breakdown.
I click on the first line and type 250. Not a problem. I'm down here already so I arrow down to the account I want the rest to go into and type 250 only it says: 50.00 not 250.00 yooz doesn't record the 2 it wants me to just press any key and THEN start typing the number I require. This is such a major hassle once I start digging into invoices that use more than 10 accounts and have varying values and use multiple references. When yooz wants me to press a key before I enter ANYTHING it really starts messing up my flow and turns a simple task into one I have to contend with.
I hope my issue makes sense, and I hope that someday when I'm arrowing around that Yooz understands that I'm trying to change the number, not just highlight it or whatever service this feature provides. Hey, maybe I'm crazy, and nobody else has ever had a problem with this. Maybe I'm doing something wrong. Maybe my father didn't love me enough...

Nothing has changed, my typing totals issue is ongoing. I do find that I have to correct invoice information quite a lot. I spend most of my time deleting blank pages our filling in missing or incorrect information which is 9 times our of 10 the vendor name. It's simplicity makes for a user friendly experience. It lets you see the invoice that you are approving by looking directly at a copy of the invoice. The best thing I like about Yooz is the fact that invoices flow into the system every day and are routed to the selected employees to approve, and no more paper invoices being passed around and having to get back to accounting dept to get paid. Its also so easy to send invoice to someone else for approval and all timestamped with where invoice is and who is holding up invoice from being processed. I also enjoy the fact that you no longer need filing cabinets and someone to do all the filing because it is all stored so you can go back to any time and see everything that was done and by whom. 1. One of the few AP Automation Software that connected to our SAP B1 BatchMaster ERP system.
2. Implementation team was very flexible and understanding to meet our requirement and needs. They worked very hard to create an API for us and was very tenacious in following up with our ERP provider to make it work.
3. Yooz's documentation recognition is fantasitc. Saved many keystrokes for AP.
4. Yooz allowed our AP approval process to go paperless, and added a much more robust approval hierarchy than our ERP system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The AI function, remembers what usual Coding to use on each invoice, and allows for invoices to need approval if over a certain amount to maintain everyone is on the same page. I use Yooz every day as part of my job roll. I think Yooz is absolutely fantastic. I find it super easy and straightforward to use. I like that it allows you to add filters such as delivery address and vendor which helps narrow down your search and in term allows me to find things much quicker. I would highly recommend Yooz. I started using Yooz when i began this job just over a year ago and its been so easy from the very beginning. I had a training session with someone at Yooz and they were briliant. The best thing was the recognition of all the data fields. We were used to fill in all the data of our invoices manually. Yooz is very easy to manage and faster, you dont need to use two sytem because it is already two in one, you can capture invoices and code it in the same system. You can add a additional documents as a second tab if needed. You can easiy determine what task you still need to finish and easy to download when needed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When you search the invoice and it did show the correct one. and it will shows all that has the same number , but you can search by vendor and it works, just need to know the vendor number to be precised. but yeah maybe I still need to learn other features to learn those stuff much easier.
