I've demo'd several services and each had their own pro's but YoDeck has the most flexibility, best apps, best functionality. I've tried the pi player, Windows player, and web player. All work great. Using the Windows player converts the OS so you don't have to worry about autologin etc. It just boots up and goes to town. The weather app is much easier to you. I like how there are playlists, and layouts. It makes it where there is so much flexibility Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Others didn't have the features that YoDeck has but if I had a recommendation for a feature, it would be a way to insert crawling text over everything. I have a playlist cycling through layouts. I could really use a crawling text that would continue scrolling, even over the cycling layouts. If it was applied to the "screen" like the emergency alert stuff that would be a huge wanted feature. I love that media can have an expiration date when you upload it. This is a huge time saver and keeps us looking professional, I can have a slide for an upcoming event that expires when the event has passed with no additional input from me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do wish that I didnt have to reach out to tech support to disable the video re-encoding, but when I did they made a switch on my account and it was fairly quick and easy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's very easy to use and to setup, I like the fact that the players can be pre-loaded with wifi settings so they are plug and play. Customer support seems to always be on hand to help and they are quick to respond Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The layout designer needs some work, can't zoom in and it's long winded to add multiple images as you have to navigate through folders every time you add one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that I can make all my edits before pushing to screens, so the playback isn't interrupted by the changes I'm making. It's super easy to schedule graphics for playback as well. We were using a different service and are in the process of shifting to Yodeck, the implementation is not difficult. I use it pretty much daily, but once the schedule is set - I can let a graphic play out until its expiration date. I work for a non-profit and when we switch fully to Yodeck, Customer Support has helped us figure out how to receive a discount - always exciting! Integrating Yodeck with our Amazon Firestick TVs has been simple and convenient - you just download the app and pair the screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I don't like is that for scheduling I had to figure out how to calculate military time - haha! It's not that bad though. (Edit - as I was completing this review, I noticed in Settings that I could switch to 12-hour time) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Yodeck’s ease of use is its biggest strength. As someone who isn't artistic at all, I appreciate how intuitive it is to set up and manage content. The scheduling options could be a bit more detailed. I’d love to see a feature for recurring schedules with more flexibility, such as setting content to run at specific times of day on multiple days. I am currently using the free version for one screen. I am completely satisfied with it, it is fluid and easy to use. I highly recommend it. I cannot express myself on several screens but I do not see why it would be more complicated. I highly recommend it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Les demande de devis pour les entreprise ne commencent qu'a partir de 50 écrans ce qui je trouve est beaucoup trop car c'est une solution presque entièrement dédié pour les entreprise, il est donc important d'avoir cette fonctionnalité pour n'importe quelle nombre d'écran selon moi.
