The user interface and intuitive nature of every aspect of Yodeck is in a class of it's own. If I were to think up exactly what was needed and be able to put that into a product, Yodeck is essentially that. It hits every aspect of what it does out of the park and that is so appreciated. I have no complaints or even feedback around what Yodeck should do better. With anything, I'm sure there will be something as time goes on, but as a user, administrator, purchser and implementer of this service on our site, I have yet to find anything that leaves me wanting more.
Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Por añadir un inconveniente, que para mí no es importante, sería que por el momento no soporta vídeos de Instagram. Pero no es motivo para no decidirme por Yodeck. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I love most about Yodeck is how easy it is to use and how professional the results look. It has made managing digital displays in my café a breeze. The templates are modern and versatile, and the ability to customize them adds a personal touch. Plus, the scheduling tools save me so much time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There’s honestly very little to critique. If I had to nitpick, I’d say more integration options with other platforms could be helpful, but it’s not something I’ve missed so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The system is so user friendly and allows multiple ways to communicate with your associates. The ability to add new units is easy and the cost to get up and running is minimal. They even offer to start with one unit for free! Their customer support is top notch and usually respond within a 4 hour period. The system allows for different layouts on each screen allowing one to broadcast the information that pertains to each department. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The sky is the limit with Yodeck. The menus take a while to get use to to create your content but if you spend a bit of time, you will get the hang of it pretty quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's inexpensiv, which is important for a small church with a small budget. It has a lot of flexibility. And it integrates with our church management system to present a calendar, s it's one less thing I have to update.
I'm using the web player, so I just used an old chromebox mounted to the VESA mount on the back of a small flat-screen TV we use for reviewing surveillance cameras. It was easy to set up and run.
YoDeck runs 24/7 with the screen powered up by a motion sensor, so when anyone is in our narthex they can see what's going on at church. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It took a while to understand how the objects fir together, especially as a playlift can contain layouts or a layout can contain playlists, but not both. Date and time input is frustrating at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I was exploring options for a content display system for our IT Service Desk marketing and metric information, and found that with no previous experience with the product I was able to get integrate it seemlessly and have it up and running and displaying relevant content in minutes. It displays our information daily, and can be programmed to turn on/off at predetermined times. If/when I need to make adjustments to the content I want to display it can be prepared without affecting what is currently being displayed, and when ready it is applied with a click of the button. Customer support is there via chat and respond in a timely manner. There are online options for simple implementations, or hardware player options for larger implementations. I highly recommend it for any organisation or team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am currently waiting on development team to provide an option for content that requires systems to allow GET instead of POST requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Yodeck is very easy to use and the school I work at has had them for over 5 years. Makes posting lunch menus and events very easy to integrate and implement. We are now planning to expand to 6 Yodeck devices total to be able to post events to dedicated TVs throughout our campus! We use them frequently.
Glad Yodeck is an option that is still around. Just spoke with their support team and they were very nice and responsive. Thank you Yodeck! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only problem with the Yodeck devices have been them burning out with our externally located TV screens. However, I believe this is more of a problem of the California heat cooking them and not a design flaw of the Yodeck themselves. We have since opted to not use them on those particular setups moving forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like how the system interface is simple and easy to use for anyone. The setup of the hardware was simmple as well. I was able to set it up a couple of years a ago and have had to touch it since. We just login to the YoDeck interface and do all the work there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike only that I can't get it to turn on or off my TV, but that is more of the TV than the hardware it self. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its easy of use and drag and drop interface for creating digital signage slides.
It also has a wide variety of integrations. We use it to show a google slideshow of events, and a google calendar feed on the same monitor. It just works and looks seemless.
Its scheduling function also allows me to easily add slides for just one day (such as welcoming a new team member to the buidling) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Software wise it is great - Hardware wise, I wish the yodeck player could turn on and off the monitor with an IR blaster atachment (although I belive it might work through HDMI) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best part about Yodeck is how simple it is to use. We didn’t need any special training or a tech team to get it running. It’s really easy to upload pictures, videos, and other content. Also they give us lots of ready-made templates to make things look good right away. For a small company like ours, having this kind of control without any fuss is a big win. Plus, having the option to use it for free with one screen is fantastic for smaller businesses that just want to get started with digital signage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Yodeck doesnt work properly on Amazon Firestick. It’s just not ideal on that device—it lags and sometimes doesn’t display right. Also it goes offline time to time and doesnt show anything on the screen. But this seems to be more of a limitation with the Firestick than with Yodeck itself. Yodeck team suggests to use their own hardware for best solution. We are planinning to implement that in early 2025. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
