**What do you like best about Yespo Оmnichannel CDP?**

I think the best answer here is the impact it had on our performance. After adding Yespo to our marketing stack, we were able to achieve a +35% increase in total retention revenue within the first few months, mainly thanks to its automation capabilities and trigger-based workflows.

I’d also like to thank the Yespo team for guiding us on which automations to prioritize first, so we could see ROI faster after integration, which, by the way, was quick and smooth.

**What do you dislike about Yespo Оmnichannel CDP?**

The only thing I’d highlight as an area for improvement is the ability to automatically replicate setups like integrations and workflows from a main account to sub-accounts, as we manage multiple accounts and this would simplify our work.

That said, the Yespo team is very open to feedback, and we’ve already been told this feature is on their roadmap.

The main thing is scaling retention marketing without increasing manual effort. As we expanded across different markets and languages, managing campaigns became more complex and harder to control.

With Yespo, we were able to centralize our data, automate trigger-based communication, and build universal workflows instead of duplicating campaigns. This helped us simplify operations, reduce manual work, and keep our communication consistent and relevant across all markets.

Yespo gives us the flexibility we were missing and fits nicely into existing stack (especially with Shopify and Woocommerce) which our clients use to run their stores. It’s easy to build omnichannel campaigns across email, SMS, popups, and other channels, all personalized with customer data and custom events. Thanks to this setup, we’ve built communication that competitors often use as a benchmark for their own business.

Overall the experience has been very solid. The only thing we’re missing right now is a native OpenCart integration, but we know it’s already on the roadmap and should be coming soon, so it’s not like a deal-breaker for us.

Managing omnichannel communication and scaling direct marketing without turning it into a manual mess. Once workflows are set up, they just run, which frees up a lot of time and makes the results much more predictable. All without constantly babysitting the system.

Yespo just makes our communication so much easier. What I really like is that you can pull data from different sources and see everything about a customer in one place. It gives a much clearer picture of who we are talking to and how they use the product.

Collecting subscribers through website popups and managing groups is also super straightforward, so the whole process feels really effortless.

And I have to say, the team has been great. The integration was quick, support is always responsive, and they have helped us handle a few custom requests without any hassle.

Using Yespo really helped us take our email marketing to the next level and finally build an effective omnichannel strategy. It had a clear impact on our ROMI, CAC, and LTV.

What we really like is how you can build different workflows for different acquisition channels and personalize communication. Our flows are automated and aligned with our funnels—which saves us a lot of time and effort.

Honestly, we are quite happy with the platform overall. We explored a few other CDP vendors before choosing Yespo, and so far it is still the best fit for us. Nothing major to complain about at this point.

At the beginning, their team helped us get everything up and running, and we had a marketer to guide us too. **What do you like best about Yespo Оmnichannel CDP?**

Honestly, Yespo with all it’s AI features made our work so much easier. Creating omnichannel campaigns now takes way less time. We’re using product recommendations on the website, in the app, and in emails – and loving how smooth it works.

Also it saved our team from a bunch of monkey jobs (seriously). Things like translating into different languages or writing short push texts – AI does that now. And we have more time to focus on stuff that really matters.

We really miss having WhatsApp as a channel, but we heard it’s coming soon and can’t wait.

There are 9 channels available, and it easily connects with tools like Zapier. We use Yespo to send welcome emails, transactional messages, bulk campaigns and triggered workflows. Just as important, the platform makes it easy to collect the right data and actually understand it through clear.

We first came across Yespo while working on an integration for one of our eCommerce clients — a website we had developed and continue to support. The client needed a reliable solution for managing customer data and building omnichannel communication, so together we started exploring options and Yespo stood out.

As we began the integration, we were pleasantly surprised by how seamless the process was. The technical team and customer success managers (thank you, Viktoriia) were responsive and helpful at every step. They provided clear documentation, answered our questions quickly, and made sure we had everything we needed to move forward. The implementation went off without a hitch — the scripts were easy to install and didn’t slow down the website.

In the end, we delivered the integration on time, and the whole experience felt solid and well-supported. We managed everything without extra meetings or complications. Based on this project, we’d definitely consider recommending Yespo to other clients with similar needs.

At Belkins we have long decided to go omnichannel but were struggling with finding a one-stop solution for this goal. We lacked a centralized system to store and analyze customer data, which made it difficult for us to personalize our marketing efforts and align our customer experience across multiple channels. Those ones we tried and tested before were too complicated and costly to use until Yespo became a game changer. We appreciate that this platform requires neither sky-high investment nor costly support or tricky integrations. It accurately identifies the users that come to the website and then matches this data from the information from your database. But the main benefit of Yespo for omnichannel marketing is that this solution comes with several ready-made omnichannel marketing campaigns that you can use right from day one.
So, we focused on delivering personalized messages on email and added follow-up SMS messages. In a month, our sales grew by 14%. Needless to say, most of the processes become automated with Yespo, so you get more time for understanding your customers and improving your product.

We used Yespo as our email marketing platform to deliver educational content to our customers, and we were impressed with its customizability, list cleaning feature, and deep analytics. With Yespo, we were able to tailor our emails to our audience's needs, ensuring that our content was relevant and engaging. We also appreciated the ability to clean up our email list before running our campaign, which helped us to reach the right people and avoid sending emails to inactive or invalid addresses.

It’s difficult enough to find a marketing tool that would include all the necessary features. Fortunately, we have found such a solution. Yespo is a powerful CPD with the opportunity to send messages via various channels. We usually communicate by email. Yespo’s email builder is perfect: it has numerous stunning templates and customization tools.

To create effective campaigns, we first gather customer data with the help of activity tracking. Then, we segment users to offer them relevant products and advice on using our solutions. By the way, segmentation is a forte of this platform.

When the segmentation is done, we set up event-triggered workflows to automatically send tailored messages. Yespo has also developed a lot of pre-made campaigns based on best practices, which saves me time for creative tasks.

Some clients of our interest use WhatsApp, so I would like to see this messenger among the communication channels.

Yespo includes 99% of the features the average marketer needs. The first thing I would highlight is web tracking. Yespo records the actions of our clients, which allows me to improve campaign relevance. The second thing I love is the segmentation process. There are numerous options to divide people into groups based on the collected data. Thanks to this, the offers become more personalized, which increases sales. And the third thing is event-triggered workflows. The system has dozens of ready-made solutions to enrich user experience.

Yespo tool gives decent number of communication channels. But I would also prefer to have acces to social media. Luckily, we cover most of the related needs with Yespo's webhook features.

The following features allowed me to gain 34% more sales in half a year:

Yespo is about an incredible amount of opportunities for both beginners and specialists in marketing. First, we fell in love with the segmentation process: the system allows us to segment customers in the way we need (there are dozens of options). Second, Yespo has wonderful tracking tools (we track the necessary clients’ actions on the website). Third, we can easily develop and implement any workflow, sometimes with the help of customer support (we have never seen a more qualified team!). We set up journeys once and now the Yespo system automatically reaches our user segments. It’s so convenient!

Yespo moderates all email campaigns due to its anti-spam policy. It takes some time but luckily quite a bit.

All our marketing is based on the Yespo platform. First, we analyze the true needs of our clients by gathering data on them (Yespo creates profiles for each person). Second, we segment our audience using the collected data. There are numerous ways how to do that. We especially find useful an embedded RFM segmentation. Third, we launched automated workflows, which allow sending out messages without our involvement: the user gets notifications after certain events. Ready-made marketing campaigns simplify our work a lot.

I personally dislike email moderation. But I also understand that it's good for our deliverability.
