I recently was introduced to YAC and I

love the smooth functionality. Your

recordings are automatically

translated using Al and it's pretty

accurate. You can send notes and

continue working while waiting for a

response. It's fun that gifs have been

included but I love that you can get

links for short voice memos you can

post into social media etc. I just use

them for celebratory notes but it's way

more personal to hear my voice

I think my favorite thing is the transcription feature. Someone can send me a Yac and I can read it like a text message. It's pretty rare that I can't get the gist of the message just from reading it. And of course if anything isn't clear, I can just listen to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The app feels a little Beta. Some of the navigation is clunky. They've improved it in the six months or so that I've been using it. Because of the nature of it, I expect it to navigate like Slack or Discord, but it doesn't and that feels non-intuitive. That's really the issue. The navigation does not feel familiar.
