Chats are easy to use however sometimes I am not alerted to new messages within Voxer so I miss important updates. It would be nice if Voxer could 'ring' for you prior to a new message coming across if you are not actively within the application to notice you received a new message. I love the ease of use! I can easily connect with my clients, community, and peer mastermind with text and audio. It's easy to use so even people who aren't techy can get started sending their first messages within minutes! And I love that the audios allow for 15 minutes per audio and beeps when you run out of time. No more 1 minute messages that cut you off. And I can listen to messages and up to 4x speed so it's easy to consume and engage with the messages I receive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would like to be able to use a link to send people directly to my profile. I've used the link that the app gives me to share my profile but it takes people to a general voxer page. And many people have told me it's hard to find me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love this app! It's literally the perfect way to communicate with coworkers, clients, etc. when you don't want to hop on a video or phone call, but it's too difficult to type out over email or slack. Voxer act's like a walkie-talkie/cellphone. You can text, send files, links, voice memos, etc., via the mobile app or the desktop version. The only thing I dislike about voxer is the desktop version. I often find that I get logged out, or the site glitches, and I have to restart it to work again. It's ultimately not the biggest deal, but it's definitely sometimes a frustration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the push to talk feature and love how easy it is to keep in touch with professional colleagues or consulting clients for example with features like transcription available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is nothing in particular I dislike about Voxer besides the fact that it is a whole separate app to install but this cannot be avoided. It has been buggy sometimes in that it will freeze, and I dislike the chirp notification when someone is sending you a voxx as it is very distracting so notifications can be better on the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm not crazy about times when I'm in the middle of a phone call, and I get a Voxer - it cuts my call for a moment with the notifications - it would be great to have a feature that would allow it to notify in the background in situations like that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use voxer for communication between technicians and managers in the field. The voice feature helps make our communication more clear. We have had a positive experience in better understanding meaning and tone. Less confusion do to typos or misspelling. Techs prefer this method over text communication.
